When arrived the hotel, have a note on the reception table. Said the room is full and asked to request refund from the original booking agent. When I requested the hotel rejected my request and no refund. It’s a scammer hotel!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The self check-in system was terrible as I had to wait for the operator to answer my messages on Line. Had two problems with the room as well. First, I was given a room that wasn’t even cleaned, the ac was still on. Then, the new room’s toilet was broken. There was no parking space as well. The location is also terrible. Would not recommend this place to any human being at all.

I appreciate the hospitality of their online receptionist and even though they are semi-automated, there is cctv and the place is safe. They provide towels, AC, door lock, blankets and beddings, a closet, Toilet with shower and heater, table, sockets, small fridge, nice windows and WiFi is available.

There is no one in the receptionist even the time and it's difficult to communicate with them. they let me cheak in and after few minutes they knocked the door and they said you come out from the room or you pay extra money 350 baht. this was day time . it's far from airport. taxi or grab taxi fare are from 223 bhat . disappointment.

Close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, about 8 km and 15 minutes taxi ride. The location is ok, not too crowded. The cheapest one is without tv, but other thing is ok, good for overnight transit.

I couldn't register at the hotel on my own. My scanner in my phone, after scanning the QR code, couldn't open it. The Internet probably worked intermittently. At first, WiFi didn't turn on at all. There was no one at the reception desk and no one would come to help. This is the worst hotel for foreigners. I was lucky that a local resident of this country was checking into another room with me. And a huge thank you to her for helping me register at this hotel through her app. There is no kettle or TV in the room. It's good that there is air conditioning. There were no problems with water in the shower. I don't recommend this hotel for foreigners (you want to rest after the road, and not go through a quest that is very difficult to solve).

So good, it's very good. I like it very much. I have to come back again. It's very fun.
