Although we arrived late at night, the procedure at the front desk was smooth. The explanation of the deposit and other matters was given in very clear and easy-to-understand English, so I was able to understand.
The room was spacious for one person, and there was plenty of space in the aisles. There was a bathtub, and being able to easily fill it with hot water was a relief in the middle of the night. All the necessary amenities were provided, and overall I thought it was very good.
If I had to say one thing, the hair dryer had a weak airflow, so women with long hair might have trouble.
I would definitely use it again when I stay in Bangkok!
