It was a pleasure to return to the Lancaster Bangkok. The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from the MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room maintained its usual high standard; it was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was perfectly comfortable. With plenty of efficient elevators, there was almost no waiting time, making the entire stay seamless. It's a wonderful place to truly unwind and relax on a vacation.
To be honest, my experience here a year ago wasn't perfect. I happened to be staying when a film crew was shooting in the hotel, and I was disturbed by loud noises early in the morning. The front desk hadn't arranged for me to be on a quieter floor to avoid this, which was a bit disappointing at the time.
However, what moved me the most during this visit was that the lobby manager actually remembered the incident from my previous stay! He approached me personally to offer a sincere apology and a thoughtful explanation for what had happened. Considering how challenging this year has been for tourism in Bangkok and the difficulties hotels are facing, it is truly remarkable for them to remember a guest's past experience with such care. This level of attentiveness is not simple to achieve and made a huge impression.
Because of this warm service and the hotel's excellent quality, the Lancaster Bangkok will undoubtedly be our first choice for future visits to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

・The staff were all friendly, helpful, and very helpful.
・The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety, so I recommend it.
・The room was generally clean, spacious, and comfortable, but I was concerned about the air conditioning's effectiveness and noise, and especially the smell (which seemed moldy?).
I got used to the smell after staying in the room for a while, but it was still noticeable when I came back from going out.
We had two connecting rooms, and both had a smell, so I thought it was unavoidable and didn't ask for an exchange.
・The location is definitely not the best. You can't even get to a convenience store without crossing the big road in front of the hotel.
We ended up having to travel by taxi, but the intersection to get to the road in front of the hotel was incredibly crowded.
There are no shopping centers nearby, so you'll need to go out somewhere.
However, this may also be an advantage, as it makes things quieter at night.
(We had children with us, so we didn't go out at night, but it was generally quiet.)
If you're going to Wat Pho or the Grand Palace, a riverside hotel seems like a better option.

The convenience store looks close but isn't immediately accessible, so I think it's best to exit and cross the footbridge on the right.

The room was clean, transportation was convenient, and the gym was good.
It's perfect for business travelers. The breakfast wasn't particularly extensive, but it was nutritionally balanced.
The bed was also comfortable, and I woke up well rested.

I didn't use anything from the minibar, but the checkout counter inexplicably said I used chocolate and charged me 220. I was in a hurry and couldn't confront them right away, so I just had to accept it! It feels terrible that I have to pay for this employee's problem.
