The gym, restaurant, and pool were all available. However, it seemed like there were many Indian guests staying, and upon entering, there was a distinct aroma that I found quite overwhelming. My assigned room was in an interior location, with the window facing a construction site, so I didn't dare open it. This was very frustrating.

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station and very close to Huai Khwang Night Market. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's plenty to go around. There's a 7-Eleven at the intersection.

The room was decent, but the bed was a bit hard; the 'queen bed' was actually two twin beds pushed together. Service: The service was good. A staff member helped me with my luggage to the room. During check-in, even though the hotel hadn't yet received my Ctrip booking (due to it being a last-minute reservation), the front desk was still able to assign me a room immediately. Facilities: The Wi-Fi speed was very slow, which was a bit disappointing. Everything else was fine.

Checking out at 8:15, there was a major power outage in the hotel. It was also the peak period for group check-outs, so I had to carry my two luggage downstairs from the 7th floor by myself. The stairs were full of items when I came down. The hotel has no fire prevention awareness, You can see it from the pictures. Hotel has many tour groups checking in and out daily. Daily midnight and morning at 6 to 7 o'clock, you will be woken up by the noise.

Seriously, I need to warn everyone to steer clear of this hostel. The experience was so terrible, it made me want to blacklist them on the spot! We'd stayed here twice before because we needed to cook and it was conveniently located near a shopping mall. The first time, I brushed off issues like noisy nights, rats in the downstairs living room, and a foul smell as minor inconveniences. Before checking out on our second stay, I specifically told the owner that I was having a minor procedure that prevented me from using an upper bunk, and requested a lower bunk for our return stay in a couple of days. I even sent a reminder message the day before check-in, just to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. However, the next day when my friend arrived with her luggage and brought up the lower bunk, the owner started hedging and wouldn't give a straight answer. We insisted, and eventually, they agreed to give us a lower bunk. But when my friend opened the room door, she was almost knocked out by the fumes. I didn't quite believe her at first, thinking, 'What's the big deal for just one night?' However, when I arrived that evening, I realized the room had just been renovated, and the formaldehyde smell was so strong it was suffocating. The owner even casually said, 'Just turn on the AC, and the smell will disappear.' Given the small space, the smell simply wouldn't dissipate. That night, the owner wasn't there. We told the staff we'd switch: my friend would take the upper bunk she'd stayed in before, and I'd just crash on the sofa for the night. To our surprise, a male staff member started grumbling and cursing, clearly annoyed that we were 'making a fuss' and constantly asking for room changes. We kept quiet then, but when we later asked him for a blanket, he not only refused but also aggressively yelled at me in Thai. Furious, I started arguing with him. Eventually, someone who spoke Thai came to mediate. I went back to the living room sofa, expecting a blanket, but a moment later, he came into the living room, pulled out his phone, and started filming me! I tried to block the camera and told him not to film, but he persisted. I was absolutely livid! When he returned to the front desk, I also took out my phone to film him and continued the argument. He even clenched his fist and threatened me! His smug expression, seeing me so upset and on the verge of tears, was utterly sickening – a completely unprofessional way to handle the situation. I immediately demanded to speak with the owner. And the owner, when he eventually appeared, was a joke. He claimed that only after agreeing to give us a lower bunk, he 'discovered' there was a large room with empty beds. It was clear they had deliberately withheld it from us, just to mess with us and put us through unnecessary trouble. This place genuinely disregards customer comfort and health. Now, about how he handled the male staff member: I demanded an apology from the staff, but the owner refused, constantly defending him. He kept saying he would apologize on behalf of his staff. When I pressed further, he then promised to review the CCTV footage the next day, stating that if his staff's attitude was indeed unacceptable, both he and the staff member would apologize. 'Alright,' I thought. But the next day, when I asked if the footage had been retrieved, he made a flurry of flimsy excuses, downplaying the issue and claiming the CCTV couldn't be accessed. It was obvious he was just trying to sweep the whole incident under the rug, wasn't it? This establishment is utterly unreliable from top to bottom. Furthermore, I've heard rumors from other past guests about losing money and clothes at this place. I also heard that the male staff member is the owner's brother-in-law, which explains why he was so fiercely protective.
