Good location, new Lotus's Pinklao & Center Pinklao, shopping mall

Helpful front desk staff. MRT not far away which is convenient. Market and bars nearby too with live music.

The hotel garden is beautiful, the service staff can speak English and are helpful. The only regret is that the room is not soundproof.

There is not much difference between an upgraded room category and a regular one - the kettle, hairdryer and two additional small towels were never used. Otherwise, the rooms are the same, clean, comfortable beds, pillows, good cleaning, but both had ants at night (apparently a specific feature of Thailand), and the water in the shower was almost cold.
