The room was quite good overall — the bed sheets and pillows were clean. However, there was an issue with drain flies. When I first entered the room, I noticed some flying insects. I thought they were mosquitoes at first, but later realized they were drain flies. I killed 4–5 each day, but they kept coming back the next day. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the BTS station every 30 minutes, which is convenient, but I once had to wait for more than 45 minutes.

The room with a combination of a king bed and a bunk bed was a very convenient setting for families with children. We stayed in a 65m² room with a separate living room from the bedroom, and it was very comfortable for four people including two elementary school-aged children. The only downside was that the dryer was broken on the first day and couldn't be used, but we reported this to the front desk and they quickly resolved the issue. It's quite a walk from Phrom Phong, so the location isn't the best, but in terms of the rooms, service, and price, I think it's a very good option.
