The cutest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Nice decoration, friendly staff and great service. Will definitely back again.

I booked a 18 square meter room on Ctrip for 500 yuan. Because the decoration was complicated and beautiful, there was a pungent smell after the decoration, which made people cry. The front desk and all the staff were very nice. I upgraded to a suite for free, but there was still some pungent smell. The most annoying thing was that there was a clip hanger. After using it, the clothes had a lot of yellow rust and could not be washed off. I had to throw away a piece of clothing.

The hotel is very cute, from the lobby to the New Romance room. The room is beautiful and the atmosphere is good.

The room is very cute, exactly as shown in the picture in the clip. The real thing is like that. The bed is comfortable, no back pain, the air conditioner is very cold, and it is very enjoyable to watch TV. I chose this room because the TV is very close and it was the right decision. It is very comfortable to sleep and watch TV. However, it has a barrier when getting out of bed or getting into bed, which may be a bit difficult. However, the room is cute and okay. The room is small. It may be inconvenient to buy something to eat in the room. I am afraid that I will make the room dirty. I am a bit tense. 🤣 The only disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof. When I stayed, there were many families with children staying and they ran and shouted all over the floor. It was very annoying. However, I understand that they are children. Most hotels do not have soundproofing. Other than that, I can't think of any disadvantages. The staff are cute and speak politely. When I asked about the room, they were attentive and gave good answers. I will stay again if I have the chance. 🥰

The room is very beautiful and clean. I like the pillow and blanket very much. Normally, when I sleep in other hotels, the mattress is tight and hard, and it doesn't feel very comfortable. This one is very soft. The staff has a very good service mind, including the security guard. At night, when I went to get something from the car, he helped facilitate it for me.

The hotel is very cute. Every detail is good. There is a good smell all the time. The room I booked is an Apple room. The room is big and spacious. The props are very good. Every angle you take a picture from is beautiful. The bed is soft and comfortable. There is a welcome drink service as well.

Everything was good except for the booking that came in and the room delivery was not the same as the reservation. The room delivery was delayed and took another 1 hour to make. The internet cable that was already made could not be used. In the end, it was 5:00 PM. But the hotel took care of everything. I was a little disappointed when they called to rush me to leave the room at 11:00 AM because someone had booked it after me. They called to rush me at 11:00 AM. I personally like everything and the 2 staff members who took care of me on 24/03/25, Ms. Pla and another person, apologized a lot and thanked the person who took care of the internet.
