I picked this hotel over others because it advertised that the rooms had couches and TVs. I thought that would make up for the location being out of the city and not being within walking distance to the subway.
Upon arriving I was only able to check in because they happened to be downstairs. There is zero contact info for them in the listing. The tv and couch are not in the rooms they are in a separate room. For the entire stay it was unusable. It was covered in garbage and never cleaned. My room was never cleaned.
This hotel is a dump and I would never stay again.

It's OK. I can't taste the local food, but luckily I can cook for myself. If you need to clean, you need to inform the boss because you can hardly see the waiters and they can't understand the translator. If you travel by yourself, it's too expensive to take a taxi without an app. You can take a taxi and the meter will be 185 baht. The taxi won't give change, but some taxis will give change, so it should be a rare case.
