The hotel environment is excellent. Bangkok, Thailand, actually gives me the impression of being very safe. It was very reassuring bringing our two children with us. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I stayed in this hotel for five consecutive days. I would definitely stay here again next time. The room was very spacious and new.

Surprisingly good. The front desk was very welcoming, and they even prepared an extra bed for us when we booked a room for three people in advance. It was very clean and elegant. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Ordering takeout and calling a taxi were both very quick. Highly recommended. There's also a 7-Eleven just 200 meters downstairs.

The service is very good and enthusiastic. The guy who checked me in can speak basic Chinese. The room facilities are OK. The transportation is convenient. The breakfast is semi-self-service and tastes OK. Overall, it is worth the money.
