Stayed at this hotel for one night only..the room is of reasonable size , clean, toilet quite spacious . Nice breakfast provided and front office staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel is walking distance to many tourist attractions like the Grand palace, buddhist temples, Museum, etc..they also provided bicycles for loan too.. if you want call to taxis or Grab cars it’s easy and will stop in-front of the hotel. A nice stay for us.

Hotel was in the middle of a street that smelled like pee. So many homeless around the hotel.

It was very good hotel to stay , so please enjoy about that . Nice

They moved me to another hotel

The room is OK. It's 1.2 km walk to the Grand Palace. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel, sleeping on the streets and roadsides. There is garbage everywhere. The surrounding environment is like a slum, dirty and messy, and the air is turbid.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment near the Royal Palace. The lobby and rooms were clean and fine. The breakfast was a buffet and pretty tasty. The pool was small but enjoyable. The only disappointing thing was that the entrance to the hotel was full of garbage and had a terrible smell.

The surrounding old town area has a strong smell of urine when you go out. It's really not good. The key is that the smell is very strong. I strongly recommend that the hotel flush it with water every day. Although it is not the hotel's responsibility, it is really not good. Guests who have stayed once will never come again. It is very close to the surrounding attractions.

The decoration is very stylish. The breakfast is not rich but tastes good. The porridge is delicious, and the service staff are very enthusiastic! It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Grand Palace. You can also see good scenery along the way!

The room had a strong musty smell, the bed sheets didn't feel clean, the bench was covered in dust, the bath towels looked dirty, and the key point was that the tap water in the room smelled very strong, a strong smell of disinfectant

A great experience. Breakfast is great (both Western and Thai food, buffet). The hotel location is great. Khao San Road night market is not as good as expected. There is a smell of leaves on the street. The hygiene in front of the hotel is not good (people are everywhere Pee), the bed in the room is very comfortable, the view from the rooftop is also great, the swimming pool is small and beautiful, suitable for children to play in the water.

The hotel service staff are friendly and helpful. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. The taxi to the airport is 500 baht, which is reasonably priced. Breakfast is buffet style with quite a lot of choices, including freshly fried eggs. The hotel provides a swimming pool and the rooms are well-equipped, but the amount of hot water is small. The beds are very comfortable and there is a small balcony, which is great. It is very close to a convenience store and about a 10-minute walk from Khao San Road, which is very convenient. We stayed for two days in a row, and there were children knocking on our door at night, which was very annoying. There was no contact number in the room, so we couldn't report it directly to the front desk staff, which was a pity. Overall it's highly recommended.
