Pure Eleven Hotel Bangkok Reviews

Location is good. Hotel is quite new and everything looks clean. Sound insulation needs to be improved especially between rooms and corridor noise. This hotel served group tour and if you happened to be staying in the same level, it will be very noisy.

The hotel was quite new. The room was of good size and clean. Water pressure for shower was good. Service provided by staff was very good. A free buggy service was provided to the vicinity of platinum mall. Many restaurants within walking distance

Was a rather new hotel. Breakfast buffet is rather good for my taste. Room amenities are good as well. Staffs are very friendly. Free buggy service to near shopping center and even picked us up by recognising us on the road. :)

Recommend hotel. The hotel was quite new and thumb up to the buggy services. Friendly and helpful staffs

The Cleanliness of the place is on point. However, beware of getting a connecting room as the sound proofing is very bad. Showering sound and talking can be heard clearly. We can even hear the alarm sound from the next door. Location wise is slightly far from the nearest MRT but shuttle buggy was provided which was nice.

Room is big and clean. The only feedback is the poor buggy service. In compared to Vince hotel which has a more friendlier buggy service that allow us to arrange for pick up and drop off at any time of the day. It’s a two ways service. We can call them for pick up when we are done massage at the main road. Pure eleven.. has a fix schedule and it’s a one way service.

I stayed 2 nights in Pure Eleven Hotel. The room itself is quite clean. Location is quite good area, walking distance to Pratunam market and two BTS station (Phaya Thai & Ratchathewi). The amenities in the room is quite good. I personally think it is quite worth the price I paid.

My wife and I stay in Pure Eleven Hotel for 6 days. Our room is very big and the internet connection is fast. The vibe feels quiest and laidback, as most neighborhoods are low-rise residential condos. The breakfast is good, though there is no pork, which is understandable as they also cater to our Muslim brothers and sisters. Staff are very friendly and respond to our request very quickly. They don't have a smoking area and have a very strict of no smoking policy, whether in your room or within the hotel. They also provide buggy service if you want to go to Pratunam market, which is also near the hotel. If you like walking, then going to places like Platinum Mall, Central World, Big C, or even Siam Paragorn won't be an issue. On the map, it may look so near, but trust me, as I myself love to walk, it has given me a challenge for the whole day of nonstop walking. We always end up going home riding a tuktuk or booking a Grab. Going to the nearest train station, Phaya Thai, would take you 15-25 minutes or 700m of walking, w/c always we end up booking a Grab. But still we book again in Pure Eleven if were planning to go back in Bangkok. I recommend this place to anyone, couple, group, or solo traveler.

Buggy is only till 12am and it’s by appointment, and only 2 points, not so convenient. Room is small but toilet is big, not so functional for me. Brush, shower gel and shampoo quality not good, shower head water not strong. We put the clean room sign board from 10am until 3.30pm still not clean yet till we ask the receptionists. Provides simple room decoration only. First day arrives ask for water bottle before check in but need to charge 25baht/bottle. No free breakfast. If you like modern style, this should fit perfectly with affordable price.
