I booked through the app, but when I got off work at 9 PM and checked in, they said the room was full, even though I had already paid. Regardless of what time I checked in, the room should be reserved for the guest. If someone was coming from far away, what would they do? They just let the room go to someone else and then they were relocated to another building. That building was dirty, the room smelled musty, and the blankets were musty. This was very frustrating.
