SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

A solo trip! The room, the rooftop gym, the rooftop pool, the rooftop mini-bar, the hotel's own car downstairs...it's all in the pictures! Important: Besides the hotel itself, you can also smoke on the rooftop! The hotel I stayed in on my first day in Thailand was very close to the subway station, Nana Plaza, and everything else. The location was also quiet, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. I made coffee and tea, put the provided water in the refrigerator, and put my ID, bank cards, and large amounts of cash in the safe. (Be sure to bring your passport with you.) Then, I was off! I wandered around Nana Plaza, Shemei, and learned about the nearby nightclubs and the surrounding area. The air conditioning was quite powerful, and it felt like it couldn't handle it constantly. Maybe it had something to do with my lack of appetite for dinner on my first day in Thailand! The only downside was that the windows were sealed shut and wouldn't open, and some of the wallpaper was peeling. It didn't suffer from the common comments about being far from the subway station, bugs, deposit deductions, fines, and noisy sleep... It didn't cause any of the problems many people complained about, like "far from the subway station, bugs, deposit deductions, fines, noisy sleep..." Travelers, if you take care of yourself, you'll have fewer problems! The lobby staff was very friendly and willing to tell you everything they knew. All in all, it was a pretty good day of stay!

My daughter had stayed here before and recommended it to me. It's a bit of a walk from the station. It's a bit disappointing that there isn't a convenience store nearby. However, the room is very spacious and clean. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you.
