Stayed here during a busy time - the fireworks competition. It was difficult to find as it shares a name with a local housing complex and we thought we were staying there, but the receptionist gave us directions and was helpful. Hotel is spacious with modern furnishings but also quite basic. Rooms were comfortable and well located for the beach or soi bukhao.

Great location - a few mins walk from the beach and shops. Nice pool and sun areas. Great house keeping staff and cleaners too. SINE from the front desk who does the morning shift is amazing! Make sure to try out the little fruit stand outside the hotel in the evenings too - quality fruits with reasonable prices.

At the reception they did not give us coupons for breakfast and did not say anything about it. When we came for breakfast we were met by an unpleasant Thai woman who asked for these coupons, but we did not even know where to get them. Today people gathered and asked her to fill empty bowls with food. If there was nothing!!! Everything was empty with vegetables, with fruits too, in response to my request she took a tray with bread and filled it. Only the man who works there ran and tried to fill empty dishes with food. We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Orthodox church, because it was Christmas
