I actually enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. I stayed in a room with mix men and women. I was surprised at first if I am in the wrong room because when I went in the room there were women. I just confirmed that it was the right room when I saw another male. So, 2 males 4 females. They were actually very kind and they respect each other for example they do not disturb another person because he/she might be resting. It is also good to meet other people of different nationalities. They have a kitchen that we can use. I had 2 breakfasts and it was pretty much a bonus for me. Breakfast was good. They also have their own bar where you cane eat and drink. Overall, amazing!

Best Thing about this BestWestern is their coffee machine in the lobby. I have never seen so many people enjoying the selections from a machine so much before. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with Breakfast included this place would be it. Just be careful with the screen doors as they fall off their tracks very easy and the hotel will charge you for it as damage, so if it does happen please notify the staff as soon as possible. Or you will experience like me being charged for damages.

Set 5 beds, and finally gave a loft upstairs big bed downstairs four beds (one of which 1.2m) can sleep at least 6 people, praise! The public kitchen is spacious and bright with full kitchen utensils, as well as oil and salt. In the afternoon, there is a yoga class in the lobby on the first floor of the accommodation (it seems to be) The location is a bit far from the center of Banff, but the impact of coming to the national park is not much.

The best part about this hotel is the location - right in the middle of town. The mattress was awful and the floorboards are horrendous- you can hear every footstep from the rooms above. The room was relatively clean and the staff were helpful
