It’s very closed to the downtown area, everything is walkable. Gives you a three day bus pass for BANFF local travel free of charge and you can ask for more if you stay longer. Nick view of mountains Not the most cleanest. Didn’t have new towels ever day and took a long time for room to be cleaned

Location strategic, very near to the main street where lots of restaurants and souvenir shops are. A supermarket is nearby. A bus stop (bus no.1 is nearly in the front). The room is spacious and get heated very soon. There's kettle, hair dryer, everything I need. There's a small gym room as well. Staff service so so (they omitted to call me notwithstanding my walk-up call request. Luckily I was still struggling with jetlag at the time and didn't fall asleep actually before checking out for an airport shuttle in early morning. Price good

The hotel is in a great location but not worth the expensiveness given it is quite basic.

The hotel is convenient for shopping in the town. The room has a microwave and coffee machine, which can be used to make hot water for tea, etc. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is free of charge. You can take the elevator upstairs from the parking lot. The sanitary conditions and facilities are average, but they are all clean. The deposit for one night is 100 Canadian dollars. From the passage on the first floor of the hotel, you can go to the restaurant next door for dinner. This restaurant is not part of the hotel and has a good reputation in the town.

The room was better than expected. It was a standard hotel and should have been there for a while. After checking in, the waiter gave us a detailed introduction to all the important tourist information in Banff. Highly recommended!

The location is about ten minutes' walk from downtown. It is a historic hotel. The facilities are not very new, but they are quite complete. There is a mini gym, so you can keep fit during your vacation. There are also saunas and bathing facilities.  Although it takes a 10-minute walk to reach Downtown, you can see the Rocky Mountains from the terrace and outside the hotel, which is a pleasant view.
