St Regis Hotels in Bali

Stayed in the Orchid Suite for two nights. The price is only one-third of the villa, and the interior area is more spacious (see the official website floor plan for details). The balcony is very large and has a partial sea view. It is drier and more private than the villa. The breakfast is great, with unlimited lobster (huge lobster), omelette, steak, and foie gras; the buffet area is different every day, including Western, Indonesian and Asian specialties, and the seasoning and service are very good. The smoked swordfish belly is very plump, better than the salmon sashimi and tuna sashimi provided at the same time. The beach is excellent, with few people, white sand, and clean sea. There are no reefs and seaweed to destroy the landscape. The staff enthusiastically provide ice water towels and sunscreen. I tried a few cocktails without any overturning. On the last night, I experienced the seaside restaurant. The set menu can be borrowed from the online evaluation that ”the price of 1,000 yuan is 3,000 yuan quality”. I chatted with the manager for a long time about the restaurant concept. Thanks to the huge back garden of the hotel, the restaurant uses a lot of fresh spices for seasoning. The main dish of grouper was impressive. The fish meat was so fresh that you can see the rainbow color, and the taste was delicate. The seasoning used a lot of herbs and some fruits, vegetables and kelp, which complemented each other. St. Regis is suitable for enjoying the hotel facilities alone without other travel arrangements. I ordered countless coffees, teas and fruit baskets in two days. The butler was very enthusiastic and gave a 100k tip in the end. The guy gave some hotel logo items as souvenirs. The hotel facilities are well maintained. Some details show the age but it does not affect the use experience. Overall, it is worth a 5-star recommendation.
