Sofitel Hotels in Bali

Everything went really well except the last day of me stay. Extended check out to 4pm but every hourly power trip. The last was bathing half way and no electric plus phone is not working at all to connect to front desk. Apart from this, warn welcome by Sofitel upon arrival and staff real friendly and efficient actually. Never failed to attend to us as I have two old folks with me. Room is real spacious and gracefully maintained. Bed is SO big and comfy. Linen and towels are good quality kind and new. At least in 2024. Room with a nice view facing sea, Sitting at the balcony, listening to the sea breeze and looking beach side massage, very relaxing. A wide variety of tv channels and full amenity toiletries provided. Bath tub is huge too with complimentary bubble bath and bath salt provided. Actually not much options of asean option restaurants, mostly western. However, Room service has both western and asean food. Food taste not too bad, portion just right. Free shuttle service to bali collection on a hourly basis but first come first service basis. Huge hotel and they provided buggy service within hotel premises. All these are plus point after a tired day. Still I enjoyed my stay with Sofitel despite the hiccups which I was told is entire bali power trip. So I don’t blame them.
