Great hotel with nice staff. Breakfast was OK. It was raining heavily and cloudy so didn't use the pool.

Booked a pool view room but was given a tree room with road noise room sadly.. Room sheets were dirty/stained when we arrived but they cleaned it. Room temperature control was spoiler and remained at 17-18 degrees throughout stay. Bathtub water also couldn’t get hot. Shower temperature was a furnace. Housekeeping was friendly but we kept having to keep begging for amenities like soaps. Would have been nice if they kept topping it up daily for out 5 day stay for a 5 star hotel. Staff were really nice especially those at the Kunyit Restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect — I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Friendly staff who opted not to tell us about the shuttle between the hotel end the big shopping mall. They also gave 1 small unit of shampoo when we were 2 guests in the room. Great food. Lovely swimming pool.

Very good size room not big but adequate for couple. Nice size bathroom only the amenities like bathgel, shampoo feel not up to the standard of 5* hotel. The surrounding was tranquil suitable for healing.

This hotel is okay, room is excellent and hotel is clean, however the pool is not really that big and not that clean. The hotel is not big aswell, more like a 4 star, and definitely not a five star. The only thing I didn’t like in that hotel is that most of the guests are locals, Indonesian, and also Chinese. Not much westerners/foreign guests, compared to other resorts. Otherwise everything is quite okay, nothing fancy and hotel is boring though not much amenities. But as they say, you get what you pay for. Still value for money if you are on a budget. Maybe if the majority of the guests are not locals, i might consider booking again in this hotel.

During our 5-day, 4-night stay, we experienced a truly pleasant and enjoyable time at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, each offering a balcony with unique views—one overlooking the pool and the other the spa area. The peacefulness after 10pm added to the sense of exclusivity and relaxation. We had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the last two days, each time discovering different menus which we found to be quite satisfying. Overall, our experience was excellent! I would like to extend special recognition to Rista and Amanda from the check-in staff, as well as Agung and Edwin from the restaurant for their exceptional help and hospitality. Their contributions truly enhanced our stay.

Excellent Stay. Shuttle bus were a plus, but could be more frequent though

Staff was professional specially front desk. Breakfast buffet was okay, the Al a carte menu was very poor and food was terrible. Room was average, WC was shaking and wash basin was blocked.
