This is a great Bali classic hotel, very Bali style. Just located on the beach, very big pool. And fantastic lobby

Second time at the resort really close to the airport, good in general, the room is a little bit damp and tower not very soft.

Found the hotel to be very expensive and not a lot of cafes close by for a good breakfast. Bed abit on the hard side and need more comfortable pillows. Staff very lovely and helpful.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great experiences. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast buffet has enough variety to choose from. The place for the breakfast is excellent. You need to ask for it if you like a proper coffee. Staff are all very nice . The happy feet message is excellent, should try it out. The room is nice/ good sound proofing/ providing the electrical mosquito repellent /a nice small balcony…. The only problem is the quality of towels- maybe consider to bring your own towels. Otherwise we are pretty happy.

Close to airport and very convenient when you have a layover

From the moment we arrived to now, while we are lazing around the pool waiting for our flight time, everything has been wonderful. The resort is clean, the staff friendly and the facilities easy to get to and plentiful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The daily room attendants did a great job and we were always greeted with a hello and a smile. Get location too. Lippo mall next door for our groceries and shops and a cinema. Plenty of shopping out the door and plenty of restaurants too. Short walk down to Waterbom and a quick taxi into the heart of Kuta (bad knee and a dodgy foot or we would have walked) some raspberry Fanta would have been a welcome addition but the daily happy hour of buy get two get three cocktails was welcome everyday. Right on the beach and a great big pool, can’t really fault the place.

I liked everything about this place

Very central location with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It would have been better if the breakfast has better selection. Overall we had a lovely stay.

This is a truly nice four stars big resort. Everything is there everything is fantastic.

Lovely hotel just on the Beach, although it’s big it doesn’t feel crowded, with beautiful tropical gardens and ponds. Staff was helpful and the pool area was great, lots of sun loungers so no fighting over space. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Our family room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The only negative is the hotel restaurant on the beach; expensive for the quality of the food that was really poor, which is a shame given its great location, it has a lot of potential. Overall great stay and would come back as I thought it was good value for money.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the Kuta beach and a quick drive to the airport. The staff are excellent and the swimming pool is great. The breakfast buffet is the best we had in Bali.

I booked a room for my husband and me. We arrived at the hotel late after midnight and had an early morning flight to catch. We were given a twin-bed room and had to move after a very long day. This is not my first stay at this hotel. I called reservations before flying to Bali and included both my name and my husband's in the reservation. I don't know why we were given a twin room as a married couple. Even after moving to a new room, we received twin beds pushed together, which was annoying because the seam was noticeable. The only thing that made us feel better was the restaurant staff at breakfast and Deno, who helped us so much by pushing that trolley far away.
