A really nice place, great service, clean and well-maintained. Much better than most places in China. The service is very warm hearted.

Although the facility a bit outdated but the hospitality service were great. The staff is friendly and we felt welcome even we arrived during midnight. The breakfast is great too!

The location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants, the villa was really nice. I think they just need hot water and bleach or floor cleaner for the floors as they only use cold water and the floors were left with a lot of marks on them. Otherwise everything else was great.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Villa was really nice and peaceful. Just 10 minute walk to the beach. A bit random that they have cooking hobs in the villa but no pans but we weren't cooking so that was OK for us just something to note.

The location is great! The room is nice too! The breakfast is OK! The hotel reception and gate need to be improved. The greenery in the lobby is a bit sloppy. But the overall feeling is still OK!

The entrance is on the side of the downtown area, but the building is in the back so it doesn't feel noisy at all. There are 23 buildings, but the trees are well-maintained to remind you of the surrounding gardens, and I really liked the approach to the rooms from the entrance. Of course the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Bintan Market is also about 10 minutes away, and there are massage shops, restaurants, etc. all around, so you won't have any inconvenience. This is a villa I would like to stay at again.

The hotel lobby is not a particularly conspicuous location. But the backyard is a secluded frangipani forest, which is particularly pleasant. Overall, the villa is quite retro and the space is very large. It was very empty for my friend and I to live together. It would be better if two families stay. There is a kitchen in the villa and a supermarket is very close to the hotel. It is very convenient to go shopping and go to the beach🏖. A very satisfying trip to Bali.

We stayed at the pool villa for 2 nights. Location- Great location! In the middle of market area with nice boutiques, convenience stores, clubs, spas etc Entrance area - The entrance is pretty dull and so is the reception area; infact the welcome also didn't feel too warm as compared to our other stays in Bali. Villa- The Villa was clean and spacious with a separate living space, kitchenette and dining area. Pool did not seem sparkling clean though. The bedroom overlooks the pool and is quite a view to wake up to! Amenities provided weren't too great and comprehensive, no body lotion provided; in fact the shower gel and shampoo bottles weren't even labeled when we checked-in, and we had to ask for clarification to know what is what. Bathroom- Bathroom was huge, with a bathtub as well but the tub faced a large window without a privacy screen and we didn't feel too confident about how private it was. The bathing area lacks few safety items like an anti-slip mat (especially since the flooring is black granite), grab handles; I would've liked a hand-shower as well apart from the Rain shower, just to have a more versatile bathing experience; but that might just be a personal preference and not too many guests might care for it. Service- Service was good; though on day 1, they wanted to somehow close the kitchen earlier and hence we had to order dinner early. The Spa was also not available after 5 though we were told that last service was at 8pm. Description of the service in the Spa Menu did not match the explanation of the Spa manager. I ended up taking a Spa service at a different hotel. Food was good, breakfast is ala carte and it was tasty. The folks at the restaurant were sweet too! The place is seeming to becoming a bit worn and a bit of maintenance and upgrade in terms of amenities and services might make is a delightful place to stay.
