Loved everything but they could clean the room a bit better., especially where the kettle etc is. Entertainment on the beach 10/10. Fantastic with a band playing every night. Never stop this. We definitely will come back. Everything was perfect & would recommend Prama Sanur to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I traveled with my 84 year old grandmother and 4 year old daughter. The front gate was under renovation, but that didn't detract from the beautiful driveway and reception. It felt very palatial. The check-in process was easy, and our rooms were ready by 230pm. We had two superior rooms, and they were on the smaller side but had everything you needed and was well laid out. The tirta restaurant service was quite slow and the food was fine. The woodfire pizza was a hit with my daughter. The grounds are beautifully maintained. My only criticisms would be that there was no kids menu advertised anywhere or even mentioned to us until I asked why they didn't have one at check out and was told they did. The kids club is really only suitable for toddlers they way it's equipped. The bikes for hire are also quite expensive considering the condition they are in, and my biggest issue was the appearance of the kids' waterside area. I was under the impression there was a renovation on it, but it is really quite run down. In saying that it didn't stop my child and the little friends she made from having a ball. The location was further south, and then we have stayed before but there is still easy access to everything sanur has to offer and right on the beach.

I originally intended to stay one night but because of the great service I extended super convenient on the beach and lots of activities it's private but still connected to other things if you want to get out

Hotel is right on a very nice part of Sanur beach. No big waves. Perfect for relaxed floating around near the beach. Clear water too. Two pools, one for kids, and an enormous one for adults. Staff are amazing. Gym is a little old. Sauna is nice. The hotel grounds are lovely. 5 cafes and restaurants on the grounds. At least 100 others within a 10 to 15 minute walk. I would stay here again. Breakfast was great.

Room a little old but the complete service, package and quality make it a very good spot for a family holiday. The proximity to many spot make it a very good hotel to stay in.

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Old hotel but great services by the staff. Away from the busy Kuta beach making it suitable if you would like to have a quiet trip. The beach not as clean but you can walk and jog along the beach quite nicely.

Waterfront, good location and nice bar pool. Room service and pool service are good.  Big variety of breakfast options for continental and Asian breakfast with fresh pancake, egg and fruit stations. Bread and cheese could be definitely better.  Rooms quite outdated with some items to be addressed: we had leaked toilet and very loud AC and fridge, we changed the room however the fridge in the second room was loud too. I wouldn’t tell it is 5star hotel, the standard is more 3stars.   The reception staff is not very proactive in guiding you through the facilities or activities available for you to join in the resort unlike in other places we have stayed. We had to approach again to find out about the resort schedule. There is no kids club schedule, staff in indoor playground are lovely and attentive however the playground itself is quite small with just a few, old toys.  The ponds have very muddy water like there is no filtration, the fishes are swimming in this dark water.

Very nice service and very good facilities, located in a quiet environment. Outside the hotel at walking distance you have access to convenience shops, restaurants , clothes shops and bars. Highly recommended

I do not rate Prama a straight 5s because I do not want other people to know how good it is. We stayed in Prama for six nights from 24 to 30 October 2024. We chose Prama for, mainly, its location, price and nice pool. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was newly renovated and quite big. We booked the cheapest room but the view was still Okay. The layout is perfect, you walked down from your room, a short stroll to the pool and then you would reach the breach in no time. There were plenty of sun loungers so you did not have to fight for one. There were countless numbers of eateries and massage ladies outside. One hour massage only costed you HKD50, much much cheaper than other East Asian countries. The price of drink and food was also unbelievably low. On average it costed less than HKD200 for a quite decent dinner with meat, fish, prawn, veggie and drinks. It is not perfect, of course. There are places that still have room for improvement. An example is airconditioning and water pressure. But Prama offered to swap a room for us, which we politely declined as we found the situation bearable. Yes, Prama showed some sign of age. But you were having a vacation in a sub-tropical region. The vibe was exactly what we looked for. So no complaint at all. All in all, we were highly satisfied with Prama and will definitely come back.

Always love you stay in prama hotel Sanur. Love the location, breakfast varian foods, and taste. Here in prama, we can enjoy occasional dinner held by them or just go around along the beach road or shopping area, as well as lunch

Stayed over Nyepi, Silence Day period. We were supposed to be quiet however Indonesian guests were so loud till late night. Room was good however control panel of aircon wasn’t working. It’s very cold no matter what temperature the setting was.

This hotel was amazing although big, plenty of space and staff, lots of choice for food, all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff right from front of desk to the cleaners were all very helpful, friendly and competent. We had an issue with our booking on arrival due to trip.com (trip.com had booked a superior room for part of our stay and then a standard room for the second half despite us having confirmation that we had superior room throughout) on showing the hotel our booking confirmation the hotel upgraded the second booking free of charge to us without question, sorted it quickly and efficiently and saved us a lot of stress. They have taken on the task of contacting trip.com and querying ! Highly recommend.
