Amazing staff, amenities, facilities, food, restaurant and setting would absolutely stay here again. Watch out for the monkeys! All friendly of course.

this is the second time we have stayed at Alila Ubud and sadly maybe our last time as we feel the service level has deteriorated since our last visit in 2023. Don’t get me wrong, the staffs are very very friendly as the Balinese people are, but since the moment we checked in we felt the staffs are overwhelmed and overworked. So we did not feel the staffs were attentive Upon check in we were given an upgrade from valley suite to forest terrace suite. But we actually prefer the valley suite, when we requested for the room change, we were told the room type we have booked is fully occupied. The hotel was almost at full occupancy and when we went to the reception the staffs looked very busy. When we checked out and was picked up by our driver, the staffs did not even help us with the luggage. For the value of money, it’s great. For anyone looking for quiet stay/retreat with attentive services level, maybe avoid peak seasons

Legendary Jungle Hotel!

Exceptional hotel. We really felt relaxed. The yoga, qi gong morning classes are amazing! The monkeys passing by is an element of surprise in this serene environment proving just how the whole space respect nature and the peace and quiet of the jungle. The pool is exceptional. Food is exceptional and the service is top notch.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite a distance from center. Nice environment. A lot of monkeys.

Just checked out of this fairy hotel, the experience of staying here is: I don't want to leave! This is the most surprising hotel among the many hotels in this trip to Bali, I have to praise it 💥 🌳The environment is simply a "forest paradise" - surrounded by dense rainforests, primitive ancient trees grow wantonly, listen to birds and insects during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, like living in the embrace of nature, every breath is fresh negative ions~ 🏨The design and decoration are superb! The infinity pool and the natural landscape are seamlessly connected. Lying by the pool seems to blend with the mountains, forests and clouds; the room is log style + modern, simple and advanced. The view of the room is even more explosive. When you open the curtains, you will see lush green. Immersively enjoy the relaxation of Bali 🌿There are also good monkeys for you to watch and take pictures😅 💁♀️The service must be praised! The staff is so enthusiastic that they are like family. As soon as the needs come up, they are accurately captured. They also take the initiative to help upgrade the room. The surprise is full✨ From check-in to check-out, the whole process is smooth. This wave of experience directly makes me want to be a repeat customer. Next time I come to Bali, I will lock in this hotel! The breakfast is rich, delicious and unique. Experience it yourself! (Who knows! Staying in this kind of hotel, the travel happiness index is directly full. I want to recommend it to people all over the world who want to lie down and vacation~)

The scenery in the hotel's public area is too beautiful, the room is not soundproofed, the privacy is poor, and the breakfast is average.

I saw all kinds of bad reviews before coming here, and I was a little nervous, but the whole experience was quite good. When I checked in, I upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which has a small courtyard + semi-open-air shower and bathtub, which feels pretty good Compared to the hotel that is almost older than me, it is really well maintained. I also met a group of natives. The staff I met in the hotel gave me the kind of niceness from the heart

The first hotel I stayed in Bali, very satisfied! The path leading into the hotel is full of greenery, and the view from the hotel lobby is very open. The room is not big, but it is very comfortable to stay in. The staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel has different activities every morning and evening. There are jungle hikes, pool yoga, Tai Chi, etc. in the morning, barbecue parties and concerts in the evening. The singing band will sing songs that are more famous in the guest's nationality. There are also bicycles to ride. Breakfast is a buffet plus ordering system, with many varieties, you can order whatever you want, and the variety changes every day. You can eat a lot of breakfast and lunch. The hotel is not far from the more famous spas and restaurants in Ubud. There are monkeys in the hotel in the morning and evening, but the monkeys here are relatively friendly.

It's not cheap but the stay experience is very very very bad!!! Don't stay here if you are afraid of insects!!! The room facilities are very old and there is a musty smell. The whole room is full of bugs, big and small, alive and dead. The clothes on the table are crawling with bugs. The next day, I asked the waiter to clean the room thoroughly and spray insecticide, but it was useless!!! The Western restaurant is also extremely unpalatable!!! The worst Alila!!! Be sure to avoid it!!!
