Combined price with hotel decoration and location. This is the best hotel in Bali.

Spent almost a week at the Grand Palace Hotel Sanur and had an amazing time! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the location couldn't be better – just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bed is huge, bigger and usual King Size beds. We especially appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The in-room safe was large enough to securely store all our valuables. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, adding to our overall comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and delightful stay!

Big clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff and good location. You can walk to Icon Bali Mall and the beach. There are many restaurants around.

Great location and the bed was comfortable

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights at grand palace hotel just 2 days ago. All of the staffs are very nice which I really appreciate. The room was clean as well and properly maintained. The pool was also nice but it's too shallow. At least there should be 4-5 ft on one side of the pool. What I didnt like was the smell of the bath towels and some of it are old and tore already. Also the bedsheets and pillowcases didnt smell good. I thinks its because of the washer that they used. I know they cleaned it but at least put a fabric conditioner so it will smell good. Food was okay but the promo for the pizza with 2 drinks was bad. Overall, it's still a good hotel for the price. I really want to commend all of the staffs for being nice, friendly and accommodating. Some of them are still trainees but the hospitality was really outstanding.

Decent hotel and value for money. Although hotel is situated slightly further from the touristy street where andaz and Hyatt are, there are still some restaurants within walking distance like Naughty Nuri, McDonald , Pizza Hut and convenience stores.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very clean and comfortable to live in.

The longest pool in Indonesia. Great vege- friendly buffet BF. Well trained, quick and polite staff. The only negative point is the location of hotel- on a busy highway that's hard to navigate every time you step out to go anywhere.

Great hotel very very clean can not fault hotel, Buffet break fast excellent, only fault is location on the main bypass road but no noise in hotel, but you do need to get bluebird Taxi to go any where you can walk if you want 15 , 20 min to the beach taxi cost $ 2 to $3 .00 if hotel supplied a shuttle to and from Icon shopping center couple times a day which is close to shops and beach restaurants then would be the perfect place but as i said you can not fault this hotel ,

A nice hotel in a reasonable location. The main road is busy and the local dogs are noisy, no fault to the hotel ofcourse. Breakfast was above average, but lunch was disappointing. There is a good restaurant directly opposite the hotel (if you can make it safely over the very busy main road!) which we ate at twice. Overall a good stay, but pricy for what was available.

The hotel is situated on the primary thoroughfare of Sanur, approximately a 10-minute walk from the tourist attractions, including the recently inaugurated Icon Mall, shops, and the renowned restaurants along the promenade. It is imperative to exercise caution while traversing the sidewalks during both daytime and nighttime hours, as a significant portion of them are in a state of disrepair and narrowness. Additionally, the lighting infrastructure during the nighttime hours is inadequate. The hotel’s service is commendable, with the staff exhibiting a friendly and helpful demeanor. The breakfast offered at the main restaurant is also of satisfactory quality. I would highly recommend this hotel for future stays.
