Shower and bath tub are outdoor. It could be better if the bathtub is indoor so it won’t get dirty easily. Very limited breakfast choice. Otherwise, all are good. Friendly staff and good service. Feel welcomed!

The second bedroom of the two-bedroom apartment is too small. Also, probably because it is close to the beach, there are too many bugs and mosquitoes, and the hygiene is slightly poor. Anyway, the stay was beyond expectations, and the cost performance is quite high

Service: This is my second stay at the Cinnamon Hotel. The service is as good as ever. A birthday cake was prepared and the staff sang birthday songs together. There is a free airport shuttle service. Hygiene: The villa is very large but clean and the swimming pool is also clean. I feel safe swimming in it. Facilities: The public area of ​​the hotel is indeed not special, but the villa is large enough to basically move around in the room. Location: I have to say that it is very close to Jimbaran Beach and you can see the most beautiful sunset every day. The location is perfect💯.

Not far from the airport, the hotel offers free airport pick-up. The villa is big, the swimming pool is also big, but there is no public swimming pool. The restaurant is delicious. However, the service at the front desk needs to be improved. There was no staff at the front desk for 20 minutes at night, which made it impossible for me to pick up the key and return to the hotel (the hotel recommends leaving the key at the front desk when going out).

Choosing Guixiang was somewhat accidental. We originally booked a villa hotel in Nusa Dua, but on the first day of check-in, we found that their main swimming pool was under renovation and too noisy, so I immediately checked out and booked another one. We were a family of three adults and one child, and we wanted to stay in a villa with a large swimming pool, so we locked in Kayumanis. There was a last minute two-bedroom villa on Ctrip, and the price was still very cheap. I booked it for two nights with the mood of giving it a try, and then took a taxi to go there. After arriving at the hotel, the staff already knew who I was, and then arranged for us to have afternoon tea in the restaurant, and helped us with all the check-in matters. I was also surprised after entering the room. It was a 600-square-meter villa with a super large swimming pool, and it was extremely Balinese. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. They drove us to the supermarket to buy things on rainy days, and waited for us to finish shopping and sent us back. It rained heavily all day on the first day we stayed, but fortunately there was such a villa for us to have fun leisurely, and the elderly and children were very happy. The breakfast was a set meal, the portion was very large, and it was also very delicious, and there was no time limit. The housekeeper said that you can call if you sleep until the afternoon. If you need anything, just call them and they will help you. Maybe because the hotel is small, the staff are very familiar with the guests and care about them. On the last day, because the flight was in the early morning, I booked a one-bedroom villa for another day and stayed until 10 pm. The hotel sent us to the airport. By the way, the beach is very close, just a five-minute walk. I really recommend everyone to come here. The experience will definitely be better if it is not the rainy season.
