I arrived at the guest house early afternoon. No one was there. I emailed them through trip.com app but never had a reply. I was waiting for at least half an hour before someone come. Didn't seesm to know I was coming.. Not sure what happened. Anyway, someone took me to my room. FYI there’s a lot of stairs. Well for my room number 5. The room was cleaned and had a big bathroom. I had towels and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Couldn’t lock the door. Was not a big deal, I felt safe. I took my important things with me. There were quite a few flies on the walls but didn’t get bitten. I did use the mosquito net over the bed. They also can do laundry but it took ages. I brought the bag down late afternoon but no one there. Left a message with the bag. The next day it still wasn't done by the evening, only got it back the next day as I was leaving... They can book other services which i didn't used. While the staff are friendly, when needed they were not there.

Staff n owner was so kind. Big bath room was good. It commands a sea view. It worth of what it paid.

Very spacious room, everything is great, for its price it definitely corresponds, we paid for two with breakfast about 15 dollars. Only the location is a little away from the center and the beach, 15 minutes walk. And there are mosquitoes in the room, but there is a mosquito net over the bed.

Comfortable room, private terrace with table and chairs. The only thing that may not suit everyone is that you have to climb up a steep staircase.

This place is value for money. For unpretentious tourists who need to be prepared for the arrival of uninvited guests: cockroaches and geckos. It is located in the middle of the best beaches for snorkeling in Amed: Jemeluk (where there are many fish and corals) and Lipah (where you can also see turtles). The guest house rooms are on a hill, with a view of the sea. The room has air conditioning and a fan. The owners are friendly and helpful, they checked us in before the check-in time, the hostess prepares good breakfasts.

Stayed for 1 night. The room is large, quite clean. The price/quality ratio corresponds. Nice view from the terrace

Overall very decent, a bit far from the center, a bit tired hotel, but for a few nights ideal in price and quality. Breakfasts are always ready. The staff solves all issues. I recommend

The toilet and shower room doors were broken and remained open. The electricity was cut off at night.
