Best place to stay for the Lake Batur experience where miracles happen in the healing hot spring water baths at this Toya Devasya location

The location is a bit inconvenient because it is on the outskirts, but the hotel is clean and the food is great.

We were here in 24 and 25. This is the best place for its price. We got a complete thrill from staying (good villas with a private pool with thermal water). Breakfasts are great (you can eat the best while in the water). Huge water park - but we did not go there. No people - just the two of us. A great romantic place.

There is a hot water swimming pool in the Villa.. We rented a villa with 2 rooms. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. there is a living room with a dining table. Breakfast can be brought to the room. but what makes it uncomfortable is the flies. But almost all villas in the Kintamani area have lots of flies.

A great place to visit and spend with or without family. 8 hot spring pools and slides ..a great family day well spent. One of the hottest pools has a bar where we ordered food and drinks, a lunch that everyone in the family enjoyed. Kids were tired by the end of the day and the only killer for the day was the distance as we went from Kuta and took us over 2.5 hours one way plus a little more on the return trip due to traffic. But was a great place to visit and is highly recommended

We stopped for a soak after doing an early morning hike up Mt Batur. For this purpose it was great. We soaked in the warm waters - multiple pools and a beautiful view of the lake behind you. The warmest pool has a swim up bar with a rickety old set of chairs that need to be redone. If you get out of the pool and try to sit in a lounge chair, or eat at the dining hall, you will be BOMBARDED by FLIES! We had to cover our food with saran wrap just to sit there and eat. It definitely expedited our exit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY This place is tired, in desperate need in renovation & dirty changing room & dirty restaurant. 100’s of flies everywhere Asked to order our food when we arrived - ordered it for 9.30 am & when we returned no-one knew what we were talking about - so we left. In fairness probably the right decision as we would have got food poisoning as there were flies all over the food which was out on the side Feel completely ripped off - spent 45 minute la at the location. Such a shame after an amazing time seeing the sunrise at Mount Batur.

Wonderful pools, great restaurants and pool bars. What a wonderful place to spend the day. The staff go out of their way to accommodate anything you want to do. All in all a great day for relaxing and chilling with all the creature and culinary comforts that you could ask for.

we swam in the Kintamani area which is called the Toya Devasa hot spring, the water here is very pure and warm, with a fairly cool atmosphere in the area which is very good for soaking, the water is natural from the mountains. the place is clean and big. ticket prices are not that expensive. large parking area. So we are very happy to be able to come here, hopefully we will have time to come here again... thank you for your service🙏

the slide guard was very unfriendly and uninformative. And I saw that the treatment was different towards local residents and foreign residents. I was queuing and there wasn’t any information and when I got to the top, he jus told "can't alone" without any explanation. It's a shame, even though the pool is nice.

Absolutely filthy, change rooms full of pink and black mould. Shower head broke off and whacked a guy in opposite stall in the head I Had an Instant allergy when walking into the change rooms from the mould View is nice, pools are warm, but the only 'mineral' in the water was heavy chlorine! The place is severely outdated and needs to be closed for renovations. Food very average, dirty and full of flies. Sorry... Just not worth visiting

The 2/5 is because the only highlight is the hot spring itself with the view. I’m not sure if it is a natural spring as there are different swimming pools with different heated levels and I always thought hot springs would be hot areas of water but I could be wrong. You can’t eat the food as you get swarmed by flies immediately and it’s very unpleasant. This is not an understatement. The food is not great but fairly inexpensive. Also at 300K per person it’s expensive for what you get. I do not recommend.

1 star as we enjoyed the hot springs with my family, the kids really love it but the rest is just total disappointment, so many flies and the cleanliness is really below the standard. My honest review this place is only great to enjoy the hot springs.

Amazing place a definite must do despite a 3hr journey from Kuta! Yes 3hrs of driving mainly due to traffic, the scenery on the way to this place was amazing. We only went for the day but you can stay here at the resort, The pools were fantastic, warm and soothing. The food was exceptionally good so you can get a good feed if hungry, they also have legal Arak (personally yuk) Located between 2 volcanoes which create their own atmosphere up there, the views were breathtakingly beautiful. They have a few pools, one of which they call the Love Cave, the temperature in the water was higher than the one around near the bar area.
