Really nice hotel

Everything is very good Very good people very friendly

The facilities are average, the service is average, the location is great, but the breakfast is not that great (poor for the price).

I have stayed for 6 nights, the hotel has convenient location if you enjoy watching the sunset this is perfect hotel 5 minutes walk to kuta beach and it surrounded with the restaurants, supermarket, spas, shops. Enjoy the walk around. The hotel has a beautiful Balinese traditional structure with garden view and the sound of the fountain so refreshing to wake up with. The room is nice with balcony and beautiful garden view just need to maintain the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheet as the furniture a bit old. The elevator is not available at this hotel if they allocate the room to higher floor it might be challenging. They have 2 floors. The hotel staff friendly and helpful just need to be a little bit of attentive with the request The breakfast is good but could be better to have more variety of food. Overall is good Hotel to stay. So good hotel everything was so near by especially after a long 9 hour flight this hotel was near airport and beach felt so relaxed and comfortable staffs where so friendly hotel was amazing definitely will visit again also so budget friendly

Despite the excellent service from the housekeeping team, I faced challenges with the receptionist, Ayu. When I requested a room change due to a broken air conditioner in room 303, Ayu asked me to wait 15 minutes to check its status. Even after waiting for over 20 minutes, the issue persisted, and Ayu insisted on extra charges for a room with a functioning air conditioner. Fortunately, a helpful manager intervened, understanding the situation and upgrading me to a room with a working air conditioner. Additionally, when I asked for a breakfast box before check-out, my request was overlooked, and on March 9, the breakfast service was not buffet-style as usual. Despite asking the server to refill the juice and bread toast, she refused and attempted to charge me extra.

Great location centre of Kuta right next to the beach. Room was clean and cleaned every day. All staff friendly and happy also helped with suitcases to our room. The pool area was great for relaxing and sunbathing. The breakfast included is located next door to the hotel which was convenient.

If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of Kuta, the location of this hotel cannot get any better. It is located right in the heart of Kuta surrounded by markets and cafes. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach, the shopping centre, and Waterbom. The hotel itself is just okay with no luxuries and the staff are not overly attentive. The air conditioner in our first allocated room was blowing out hot air and when we asked to be moved this could not be accommodated until the next day making our first night very uncomfortable. Our second room was comfortable enough with a working air conditioner, but we had only two very flat pillows. When we asked for more pillows, we were told the hotel does not have spare pillows and to make do with what we had. Laundry service is just a couple of dollars per kilo with a 24 hour turn around. Included breakfast is a set menu with a choice of noodles, rice or porridge. The pool is very refreshing. The bathroom is a disaster with a shower faucet that sprayed water everywhere but on you. We spent most of our time out and about each day, so we only really spent time in our room at night. If we were after a break that involved hanging out at our hotel more, we would not stay here again.

My extended stay was a delightful experience. The lovely and helpful staff made me feel right at home. The beautiful old-style building, while needing some maintenance, added to the charm. The strong Wi-Fi was perfect for remote work. The comfy bed and serene garden and pool views were a highlight. The hotel's proximity to Kuta attractions and the beach was convenient. The attached restaurant offered delicious local food and breakfast. For a full-time traveller, it's an affordable and pleasant stay, though some new sheets and towels would freshen up the rooms. I would definitely stay here again

BEWARE HOTEL IS FIRE RISK Very DIRTY AND SMELLY ROOM and BATHROOM Mould in bathroom and drains and all of bathroom is disgusting and filthy and stinks of urine and room stinks mouldy. The door is really dirty and rusty and everything is dirty as well as power socket looks like its faulty as it is really dirty and partly black Told them at reception they just say hotel is full and just ignored my asking for another room, we had seen there was some empty rooms with no one in through out our stay. No water daily No in room safe,wifi is not working No Kettle,no coffee, sugar , Had to ask for to wells. was told to come downstairs to make a coffee downstairs myself The staff did not want to help with anything at the reception desk, we even had to carry our own luggage when we checked out, even when we asked for help just before checkout, no one came.. The building has bad design if fire happens. Small tiny hall with only stairs at middle of small hall no power sockets near beds and they had a old outdated small cuboard next to bed and it has switches for lights in it and also holes in front of it where some switches been removed and you can see wires inside...and also wires behind it that are loose and come out of wall to it.. wires looks inside of it and behind and tv stopped working one night and when maintenance came they were using a screw driver to see if wires were live and working... I told him to stop and walked out room..he then said to use other socket as one of the wires isnt working from power on back of tv had fault wires to get it working . he then got another tv and plugged this one into another socket nearby and used my Power safety board so tv cord could reach socket nearby to work No room safe. Safe deposit box at reception only No smoke detectors Rooms are old and bathroom looks old and outdated the door has many bad rust stains on back of it, the shower is in bath and the whole bathroom is dirty like it rarely gets cleaned Bedroom outdated. 1970's style and wires hanging out of bedroom cupboard . Room cleaning was done 1 day in 7 days and all they did was turn around sheets In 30 yrs of coming to Bali. I have never seen such a dangerous hotel Stay somewhere else and don't let this hotel ruin youre holiday or safety for you

With our hotel restaurant closed for breakfast, we headed down the street to Summer Hotel on a few occasions. Simple breakfasts, freshly cooked and ample for both of us for under AUD$10. Called in for a couple of lunches, mia and nasi gorengs were enjoyed by myself, my wife enjoyed her seafood soup and Thai salad and on our last visit indulged in one of a newly introduced lime of smoothies. While we enjoyed all meals, the smoothie was the standout.
