Villa design is nice and spacious but overall maintenance is questionable. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Taps are broken (wobbly) in the biggest room. One of the single bed Duvet is very old and dirty and duvet cover used felt dirty. Certain part of Floor right in front of room is not properly cleaned despite reminders given. Felt bad for my friend who had that room. Hand towels not replenished on 2nd day. TV remote control not working well. Butler service?? Other than the breakfast being cooked onsite with pre orders made day before, we have no idea how to get support. They had my mobile and was supposed to connect with me. No effort made by them and I didn’t bother.
