Nice glamping villa. Clean & comfy bed. However, road access to the villa bumpy, dark at night & need to be repaired.

Experience of staying at Glamp nusa overwall was positive, amazing see view with infinite pool and quite a unique experience of staying at glamp tent with amazing view. Whereas couple of points could be improved, the road travel to the Glamp nusa was bit rough understood it is a public road but if we could make it slightly better that will enhance the experience even better. Breakfast and food selection was merely western styles, if we could including some local style food that will be great.

In addition, there is a very bad road to the hotel, about 500 meters, but it is already being paved with asphalt and should be repaired soon. Summary: If it weren't for the inexplicable itching in my legs after checking in, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children who like the outdoors, but I personally would not choose this hotel again because of the itching. First of all, the road to the entrance was shabby. It took more than ten minutes to drive on the rural dirt road to get in. Don't even think about walking out. You basically have to call a taxi or order takeout. There is nothing to eat or drink in the hotel mini bar. There is no mineral water. There is only one bottle of water in a glass bottle. I dare not drink it. I can only drink the sparkling water inside, which is only 20 yuan a bottle. They know how to cut leeks. There is no garden view in the room for more than 1,000 yuan. The room is just a tent. There is a small road at the door. It is very narrow and not as open as other rooms. There are a pile of dead insects on the top of the bed. I don't know why I started to have allergies and rashes when I went in. I wanted to cancel the hotel. The front desk said that I couldn't cancel it even if I didn't stay. I also booked two nights. The next morning at 9 o'clock, they started mowing the grass around the room. It was a huge noise and lasted for half an hour. After reporting to the hotel, there was no apology. This is the first time I have encountered such an outrageous thing. There is not even the most basic respect and attention to the guests. It is hard not to believe that it is discriminating against Chinese people! ! ! The next day, I didn't want to stay in the room, and I didn't want the money. I just fled to the Kempinski next door... I don't allow anyone with normal judgment standards and hotel taste to get a bad deal by booking this hotel. Xiaohongshu Internet celebrities don't need to recommend good hotels if they haven't stayed there before. Ulu Segara next door beats this one. It's at least over a thousand for a big room with a sea view. What's the point of staying here?

We saw a beautiful sunset on the day of check-in, and the breakfast was pretty good. But there are 3 points to complain about: all the items in the mini bar are charged, because it is a camping style, the sound insulation is not good, and there is a red spot on the hotel bed. I don’t know what caused it. The reason for complaining about these 3 points is that it is 1000+ per night, and this kind of display feels really not worth it. My partner and I stayed for two nights and had to check out at 11 o'clock.
