It is far from everything, empty, 70% unfinished. You walk along empty corridors, look at empty windows from the pool. The room is very hot like a greenhouse, the windows are blocked, there are two air conditioners in the room, as a result you turn them both on and it blows from all sides. The pool is beautiful. Breakfast is brought to the room, you choose from the menu. On the second day they brought boxes, but did not bring cutlery, we ate like dogs 😅 the cut fruits on the second day were spoiled and smelled ( Nice smiling people at the reception

The room was very airy and clean. Except for the oil stain on the bed sheet that affected my mood, everything else was great. The lady at the front desk also gave a warm reception. The whole hotel was very clean and smelled good. There was also a swimming pool where you could lie down and sunbathe.

It's a good hotel, but it's not under construction yet so there are a lot of things missing. There are no restaurants and many places are under construction, so there is some noise. That's how cheap it is. The day of check-in was difficult because there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but it was okay once they were all killed. Probably because I left the door open when cleaning. The best thing is the swimming pool. It's wide and quiet and there aren't many people, so if you're on a sunbed at sunset, it's like paradise. I would like to visit again when all facilities are in place.

The hotel is nice and new, but the surrounding city looks bad, no different from the countryside. But I booked Ayana for the next two nights, and the surrounding area is similar. I guess Bali is just so pristine.

Many of the rooms were not yet completed, but as they were recently built, they were very clean and I felt at ease. There were no bugs, but I was surprised to see a gecko in the room. There was also a swarm of ants in the room. Thank you for lending me an iPhone cable and for letting me keep my luggage for an extended period of time. It was very helpful.

Very comfortable and clean room. Pool is very nice and clean as well. Water and towels were provided daily. Very nice and welcoming staff. Staff tried to accommodate requests to the best of their ability. A/c worked well and the room was always a good place to relax after a long day.

New rooms and facilities 5/5 Only opened in Dec 2023, the rooms and facilities are all new Relatively spacious room with a powder desk with mirror, a working desk and a couch The pool is big and water is clean - enjoyed using the pool during my stay Take note that there are still some ongoing furnishing in some of the rooms near the pool area 2. Quietness 5/5 Having stayed in Seminyak area, this hotel is tucked away from the main streets of Nusu Dua and it is very quiet. As such, it allows for proper relaxation and rest comparatively (many other hotels in Kuta/Seminyak have complaints of noise). 3. Location 4/5 This hotel is located slightly towards the tail end of Nusa Dua - so slightly further away from the busier streets with warungs/shophouses/shopping - however, easily reachable with grabBike within 7-8mins In my opinion, this is worth the tradeoff for a new quiet hotel 4. Price Cant fault this hotel in any way New and clean and provided me with a great stay at an amazing price point
