the place was so welcoming and the location is great, the facilities is super nice and the room view was amazing i totally recommend the place for future references.

The resort was absolutely amazing. If someone asked me which place I liked most in Bali, I would definitely say Metland Ubud Resort. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday celebration at the breakfast area—she was so happy! During dinner, I enjoyed a romantic atmosphere with live saxophone music. The resort has everything you need to relax: great massages, easy access to the pool, and a peaceful vibe. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ubud

LOVE IT ! ^^ So far this is the best stay hotel at ubud for me ! CLEAN !! that's very important for me . Price is affordable, Hotel clean, bathroom clean, I'm falling love with the amenities smells is good !!!, kind staff, good facilities, so many offer 👌 👍, for restaurant taste is average but the atmosphere and kind staff so I'm enjoyed stay at metland venya ubud. I hope this hotel always maintains cleanliness environment hotel and room, because it is very difficult to find a hotel that is as clean as this one on bali nowadays.

It was a relaxing and wonderful stay at Metland Venya. The Venya suite was huge with a balcony and a tub overlooking the valley, double sinks and a shower area. The tub, however, was challenging to lie down in as the stone material used to make it was slippery causing you to slip down into the water if you didn't somehow hold yourself up. What I really appreciated though was the smart TV and iPad in the room that allowed me to watch YouTube videos and play songs on Spotify. However, do note that the two devices are not connected and do not sync. I was also not able to sync my phone to the TV as the Bluetooth function on the TV only seemed to be able to locate the iPad in the room. The bed was also luxurious and comfortable, making me feel well rested the next morning. Amenities-wise, the pool and the view is really as good as it looks on photos and it was great that the pool was huge and could accommodate the many guests at Metland Venya such that each guest could still have their own little area without getting into each other's way. The spa, however, was under renovation at the time of my visit, to my disappointment but the shuttle service to ubud town would get you to one of the many spa places there. One of the better things about this hotel was the shuttle service provided every two hourly throughout the day till 9pm at night. Simply book a slot at the front desk and you will arrive in ubud town within 20 minutes or so. Finally, I really must commend the staff who were so friendly and welcoming, especially Terry Artha, who was kind enough to shuttle me to ubud town out of the usual timing and take me to the inclinator when I first got here. The service was great and I felt so at home because of it. Thank you to all the staff at Metland. This is one of the hotels I wouldn't mind coming back to stay again.

Amazing. Everything perfect except Breakfast needs some improvement

We had some issues when we checked in. The wrong room was advertised compared to what we received on arrival. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views. Not family friendly would definitely recommend to honeymooners and couples. The floating breakfast was amazing and pictures at their gorgeous pool

I had a lovely stay at the Horison Ume. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room is spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the canyon. Breakfast great too. As a bonus, it’s a short walk to the pyramids of chi, if you enjoy meditations and sound healing.

Very Nice place Amazing Infinity swimmingpool

The place is very dirty at night, the lighting is non-existent and it does not live up to 5 stars in terms of service or cleanliness. The pool was dirty + you could see spider nests in the rooms as if it was abandoned and there were many dead insects in the restaurant stairs, meaning it is clear that it is not cleaned. I do not recommend it at all. I took it. The average night was 750 to 650

A gorgeous hotel with a great view. Breakfasts are delicious! The staff is very polite and friendly. The only downside: the pool seemed a bit dirty.

We stayed here for 4 days to start our trip around Bali (and regretted it, we wanted to stay longer!). A small, intimate hotel away from the center, in the heart of the forest, but! There is a shuttle (buggy) to the center of Ubud (every two hours there and back). Incredibly calm, peaceful and quiet, you can only hear the noise of the jungle 1) Friendly, nice staff, ready to help make your vacation unforgettable and comfortable ❤️ 2) Comfortable, well-thought-out rooms (we had a view of the jungle), with a great atmosphere and a very comfortable bathroom, shower and two separate sinks (the huge stone bathtub won my heart). Huge TV with YouTube, smart Google speaker with display, daily cleaning. 3) Breakfasts - a small "buffet", and many options on the menu already included in the price of breakfast (avocado toast, acai bowl, eggs of different cooking methods, banana bread and many other things) - very tasty. 4) Infinity pool with a magical view, there is a bar / cafe nearby, you can have a snack. 5) With the help of a transfer it is easy to get to small temples, spas and shops. There are various activities for guests, and a spa - we did not have time to get there, as we were walking around Ubud. Also, the hotel is quite close to the Tegallang rice terraces, Nungnung waterfall (about 1:20 drive) and Ubud monkey forest 15-20 minutes walk from the buggy stop. A very nice hotel, where you want to come back again ❤️

the best of all the hotels we stayed in Bali: amazing view from the window of the jungle, free shuttles to the center of Ubud, very friendly and professional staff, good tasty breakfasts, the most beautiful infinity pool I have ever seen! highly recommend!

The best hotel in Ubud! Super friendly staff, SUPER rooms and amazing breakfast! It's a top hotel! We can only recommend it and we've already been there twice and will be back!!! Thanks to all the staff for the relaxing and great days. The hotel is worth every cent

A beautiful hotel with a panoramic view of the jungle, excellent set breakfasts and excellent service. The availability of exercise equipment is also a plus. When we asked to change the room (initially they offered a corner room that smelled of dampness and had no view), they upgraded us to a more expensive category. There was an incident with a broken analogue of the Yandex station, but they were able to resolve everything in a civilized manner. In general, we would gladly come back here again.
