One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Eden Hotel Kuta in Bali offers a delightful stay with its modern design and convenient location. The hotel features comfortable rooms, a well-maintained pool, and a pleasant ambiance. Been to Bali many times but it's my first time staying in this area. Can't deny this area is a bit crazy - lots of traffic and definitely not a tranquil district in Bali. However, Swiss Belhotel Tuban make it feels like you're isolated from the noise. I totally enjoyed my 3 nights stay here: Room - spacious, modern and very clean, have a beautiful city and a bit of sunset view from the balcony. Worth paying just a bit more to have a balcony with city view. Shower pressure fantastic. Have all the amenities you need. Staffs - From front desk to restaurant to pool to room attendants to security staffs at the entrance, everybody always smiling, polite and offer excellent service Pool - very clean and big, lots of sunbathing time, love it Buffet breakfast - lots of varieties to choose from and delicious, love the fresh turmeric juice they offer Area - busy area with traffic jam :( (not the hotel's fault) but also very convenient if you like to go shopping and the beach. Just a 10 - 13 mins walking distance to the beach and Discovery Mall. Lots of nice little restos and cheap warungs with yummy food nearby the hotel. Don't forget to try Warung Yuma (just go out the hotel, right hand side on the road, super close), cheap price with big portion, delicious local/ Chinese food. 100% recommend Swiss Belhotel Tuban if you want to stay in Kuta.

I had a challenging experience at this hotel. Initially, I was given a room that was not well-maintained—it was dusty and situated near a club, leading to a lot of noise that kept me awake at night. After I raised my concerns, the staff were accommodating and moved me to a quieter room on the other side. This new room was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, significantly improving my stay. While I’m uncertain if I'd choose this hotel again, I appreciated its prime location near the beach and other attractions.

Amazing Hotel!!! The staff goes above and beyond; Ruth was especially a stand out with knowing my name over the 4 days I stayed there. The breakfast is A+ with so many fresh options. They take pride in keeping the hotel clean & have many restaurants close by with some hotel discount options. I loved the well-organized spa. It’s close to the airport. I’ve already re-booked 2 more visits. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s also very easy & secure to change money at the front desk.

Average room size but acceptable. It is an old hotel from outside but well decorated inside. Some facilities inside the room may not be perfect such as the shower with a low pressure. Internet WiFi needed to be registered through a website which makes it complicated, specially that I needed to connect my laptop and the IT came to fix it. Hotel is located in front of the sea but doesn’t have so much sea view rooms. Reception gave me the room at first floor which was not according to my booking, later I complained to change my room to the second floor. Cleaning staff are really nice and friendly, same for the entrance and security staff. Overall is more expensive than other hotels that I stayed but because of the location it may worth it.
