🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay at Fairfield Hotel Legian! I had a wonderful experience at Fairfield Hotel Legian. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s cleanliness and the cozy ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained—perfect for unwinding after a day out. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of delicious options, both local and international. The location is another plus—peaceful yet close enough to the vibrant heart of Legian. It was easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali and looking for comfort, great service, and value. I’ll definitely return!

If you enjoy a more quiet location, then this is the place. Around 15 mins bike ride to Kuta beach and the popular sites. Room itself isn’t huge but the size is sufficient for a 1-2 person group, the balcony facing the pool is chill and comfy with a sofa included. The showering place looks a bit outdated but is sufficient as well. Breakfast isn’t amazing

1. The room was clean enough for the first night, but the soundproofing was terrible. The neighbor's phone kept vibrating from around 4:00 AM. I thought it had fallen under my pillow, and I couldn't sleep from 4:00 to 6:00 AM. I had no choice but to ask the front desk for a room change. 2. The room we were moved to was in terrible condition. The disposable slippers looked freshly taken out and worn. 3. The shower head was also filthy. 4. When I checked out, the door latch was stuck! I couldn't open it. I called the front desk and waited 15 minutes. They finally brought me a screwdriver, and I was able to remove the latch myself. 5. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and the front desk lady who moved me was also very nice. Overall, the facilities were dated and the cleanliness was questionable. The service was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable.

The warm hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. The staff, especially Masmi, made me feel at home with their kindness and enthusiasm. Masmi always said hi with a smile, and tried to make sure we are well taken care of. The location is perfect: close to the airport, beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and spotless. Overall I had such a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
