San Francisco Hotels with Balcony

San Francisco was fantastic and the Marriott Marquis capped off an amazing stay. The room was perfect and the location was accessible to everything in the city including the nearby shopping. Would consider staying here again at our next time in San Francisco.

Good location to many attractions. However the bell service is really bad. The answer to the request of borrowing umbrella during rainy day is ”No. It's your own responsibility”. Have never mer thus kind of rude service in a hotel.

萬豪的設計師系列，看中套房的大沙發床以及離碼頭近。有露天陽台，白天晚上景色都可以，還能看到鐵索橋，機場30分鐘到。餐廳在三層，早餐也要點餐，時間有點長。還有個簡易coffee bar，可以應急. 奇怪的地方：掛了休息牌子上午仍打電話問要不要收拾房間，一般五星酒店都不會着急打電話，尤其考慮可能是在倒時差。客房送餐衹到10點。晚到酒店沒吃的，晚上SF治安也不好，衹能點外賣。外賣吃完放門口，垃圾袋24h都沒有人收拾。酒店有自己的制度可以，但是有些安排確實缺乏温度。

Excellent location and room is beautiful, clean and spacious. WiFi speed is good. Special call out to Mr Jonathan Voss who has assisted with during the check out. He is a Director of Front office and he has treated the customers with good care and respect.

The hotel zephyr was excellent in its location close to everything and the service also overall a great stay and experience !

From Roosevelt to Biden now, they all stayed at this hotel when they came to San Francisco. The hotel is very old and very large. The Christmas decorations on the first floor attract visitors. The service in the hotel is very good and professional, and sometimes the Chinese language is also spoken. It is worthy of having served the president. However, the hotel facilities are average. Even a suite with an area of ​​over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet. The network is very good, that's okay. Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard.

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

Awesome hotel for the price! Was looking for something affordable for one person and near BART. It's right next to the Civic Center stop, the front desk attendants were kind and helpful, room was simple and clean. Nice big bathroom mirror. Wireless was good, I worked during the day in my room. The coffee shop inside the hotel was closed for some reason, but there's so much coffee in SF I'd just walk somewhere.

Nice Japanese boutique hotel! The room with nice furniture, also with yoga mat! On share amenities, they provided vinyl and turntable, you can chill over there in the evening. So far very thing was good, just one thing that they didn’t have free parking. Parking fee is US51 per night, recommend to park the mall parking garage nearby, it’s cost $29 for 24hr.

The location of the hotel is excellent, shopping malls, restaurants, and theaters are within easy reach, which is very convenient. The service is first-class, the environment is comfortable, the lobby on the first floor is spacious and bright, and multiple areas are suitable for friends to meet up, drink coffee and chat. The coffee machine provides 24-hour free coffee with a variety of choices. The furnishings in the room are brief and generous. The consulate suite is large in size and the shower room is super spacious. It is very comfortable to live in.
