The accommodation is located in Soi 18 on Chiang Khan Walking Street. It has complete facilities such as a hair dryer, refrigerator, towels, soap. The room is clean. The staff is good and lovely. There is breakfast as a coupon for a restaurant in Soi 20, 65 baht/person. You can choose what to eat. Next time, I will come again.

FramekungIt is a classic ancient style room in the same style as many accommodation in Chiang Khan. The condition of the room may not be very new, but the air conditioner is cool, TV equipment supports YouTube (SmartTV). The hotel offers merit and alms to monks in the morning. Can inform the staff at 06:00 Downstairs there is a coffee corner. Hot drinks are free to guests. (Breakfast is charged extra). The lobby area can sit and take pictures in proportion. Overall, I like it because of the peace. And not next to the very noisy area
Things that guests may need to prepare to bring: hair dryer, one-time equipment (such as toothbrush, razor)

Anonymous UserThis is a pleasant place to stay overall, but considering the price it charges, they really need to upgrade their service and amenities. The property itself is nice in terms of location and vibe, but it's not very well-maintained that you wouldn't expect at this price point. It also lacks basic 4-star amenities; for instance, there's no regular restaurant service where you can just walk in and order a meal for lunch or dinner, the food is tasty, no doubt, but you have to plan your meals in advance rather than enjoying the convenience of an on-demand dining experience. Round-the-clock service is simply not available since the staff clocks off by around 9:30 or 10:00 PM, making it function more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel. Another major issue is the telecom network—there is literally no phone reception in the area, and you might end up picking up a Laos network instead, which is quite frustrating; thankfully, the property has good WiFi, so you can easily stay connected to the world through that. That said, the staff themselves are wonderful, very polite, pleasant, and genuinely helpful with most things, which does make the stay more comfortable. That really covered for everything during my stay. However, there's also no proper power backup in case of outages, which is concerning for a property at this rate. So yes, it's a decent place if you go in with the right expectations and don't mind limited service hours and network issues.

YoyongyoThe hotel is right across from the Mekong River and about a 5-minute drive from the night market. The water pressure in the hotel rooms was excellent, although the drain was a bit clogged. The air conditioning seemed to be on but not working properly; you'd need to ask the hotel for a fan. Each room has a terrace, which is perfect for smokers, as indoor smoking is prohibited in Thailand. The hotel pool is beautiful and great for taking photos. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was delicious, and there were two photo spots at the breakfast area, along with a very cute cat that responds when you talk to it 🥰. The hotel has parking for drivers, and the parking lot has many mango trees 😆

Anonymous UserGreat house, unfortunately there were still construction workers outside when we arrived. The house is close to Walking Street. The living room didn't have air conditioning, which made it very hot; we could only stay in our rooms. There were 3 rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very strong, you could barely feel it.
