Accra Hotels with balcony

Our four-night stay at The Bantree was truly exceptional and well worth the investment. The apartment was impeccably clean and exuded an air of luxury. All the appliances were of high quality, which greatly contributed to our family's comfort and relaxation. We found the host to be very responsive, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. We genuinely could not find any imperfections during our stay. Furthermore, the apartment staff were wonderful and demonstrated great respect.

The room is very clean, the hotel is newly built, the service is very good, everything is satisfactory.

The location is good. It is located near from the Spintex area in the middle of East Legon. However, they always forget putting towels.. almost every day. So it is better to bring your own towels. The Security guy called David was very helpful. Still overall one of the good place to stay but there are a lot of improvements needed.

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

The location is very good, not far from the airport, and the service attitude is good! It is the best overall environment among all the surrounding hotels, relatively clean and sanitary, and the hotel restaurant is also good!

I am unable to provide a comprehensive review of Embassy Gardens as my reservation was not fulfilled at that location. Despite booking an apartment two weeks in advance, I was informed on the day of check-in that the property was fully booked. Consequently, I was relocated to an alternative apartment for the duration of my four-night stay. While the substitute accommodations offered comparable amenities, they did not meet the expected standards. I was particularly dissatisfied with Embassy Gardens' overbooking practice and the last-minute notification. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in their booking services.

This Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel's location has been my ideal spot away from the buzz of the city for several visits now. They offer great food, drinks, clean rooms and EXCEPTIONAL service. First FOOD. The breakfast is delicious and offers local dishes. Staff is personable and REMEMBER guest likes and dislikes. Two, DRINKS! Bartenders make a show of mixing drinks. However, this may be the reason that the bar can get busy at times and guests can be OVERLOOKED. This is the only time I have experienced anything negative during my stay. When this occurred, it did not go unnoticed by one of the Food and Beverage staff members. This brings me to focus on EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. A gentleman, Mr. Prosper, who is part of the Food and Beverage Team, quickly apologized for the incident and made sure to being it to the attention of the staffers who were in training at the time. The young staffer who had overlooked me at the bar, even located my room to offer personal apologies. Outside of that, the site is well cared for and the rooms have amazing views of the ocean, or the pool side area. Families will also enjoy a stay or even a day at this FRIENDLY location.
