Penghu Hotels with balcony

I stumbled upon this place online, and the photos looked great – really cozy and comfortable. Funnily enough, when I was inquiring about water activities and what was fun to do (water-based), someone suggested I book this B&B (when I asked about attractions). I told them, ”What a coincidence! I've already booked it!” 😂 You can see so many little details here that show the owner's thoughtfulness and creativity (you'll understand when you visit! 😁). There's also a cute dog named ”Puff.” It's a pet-friendly B&B, and the owner is not only warm and welcoming to large families, groups of friends, or two close companions, but also, and more importantly, incredibly friendly and welcoming even if you're traveling solo. Even for someone as introverted as me, she gave me a sense of ”belonging” that made me not want to leave, or at least want to come back again. Plus, the owner is into freediving, so if you're a freediving enthusiast, you can come and hang out with her. I'm so glad I went on this solo trip, and I'm even happier I booked this B&B. The best part was getting to know the owner, which made me fall in love with Penghu! 🥰🥰

This was a last-minute trip for my daughter and me. We saw that Shanshan Travel had 5-star customer reviews online, so we booked it right away. The guesthouse owner picked us up from the airport, and the timing was perfect, so we didn't have to wait too long. We loved the guesthouse as soon as we arrived. We loved seeing three cats in the living room (a bonus!), and the decor and room layout made us feel relaxed (we could sleep soundly) since it was our first time staying there. It's only about a 10-minute drive to the city center, and you can easily rent a scooter from the guesthouse. We will definitely stay at this guesthouse again if we come to Penghu again.

The receiption is extremely helpful. They have been organizing taxis as well airport transfer for us. Big disclaimer however for any international tourist. Make sure you have a international drivers license. Else you will not be allowed to rent a scooter and that drastically limits the way how one can explore the island!!

We spent an enjoyable 8 nights at Peace B&B. It's in the ”Old Town” so lots of character but quiet at night as no traffic is allowed and shops closed. Room is a comfortable size and the balcony is lovely. Breakfast included is collected at reception each morning. We really appreciated the help with the airport pickup and drop. Improvements would be a mirror in the bedroom and better towels (the fluffy towels ate not absorbant).

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped, thank you very much for this comfortable place to stay. This trip is mainly a business trip, and I also visit friends by the way. After this stay, I will return to visit if I need it in the future. Thank you for your careful maintenance, come back next time.

Very good all day, the seat is not remote is to ride a motorcycle to the South China Sea Visitor Center for about 5 minutes, the hotel seat is quiet and clean, but not in the city, the service and location do not feel particularly good or particularly bad, so only give ”ordinary evaluation”

The hotel's location is quite good, quiet at night, and about a 10-minute bike ride to Magong City. It's also only a two-minute bike ride to the barbecue restaurant or other restaurant we booked. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and bright. However, because the power is switched off when you leave the room, and due to the season and location, the rooms lack ventilation and dehumidification, which could easily breed cockroaches. (We booked three rooms, but two rooms on the same side had small cockroaches, although thankfully there was no musty smell.) Breakfast was a simple buffet with tea eggs, steamed dumplings, scallion pancakes, toast, chicken nuggets and fries, juice, coffee, and tea, etc., but it wasn't hot by around 9 am, though not cold.

A fantastic trip! The B&B owner was incredibly hospitable, providing many discounts from local partner businesses. The room was very spacious, and it offered excellent value for money. The host was always available to promptly address any questions about our itinerary and offer helpful solutions. Definitely worth a return stay.

The place was immaculate. For the most part, the experience was terrific. What follows are minor issues. There was a slight issue with the water heater, which resolved itself after a short time. Fortunately, the weather was warm, so it wasn't a serious issue. The breakfast was simple, basically a large sandwich, rather than the continental-style breakfasts that people might expect. The rooms were accessed by stairs, so I doubt they are wheelchair accessible. Wifi was excellent, although one had to find the password at the front desk, or on the router itself (just an oversight in me not asking for it, I'm sure). Finding this B&B among all the other B&Bs in the area is tricky; the cab driver had to call the owner to find it. Google Maps is very useful, especially with all the unnamed streets in the area. The facility is located next to National Penghu University of Science and Technology.

It's good. The service staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is close to the city. It is worth visiting again. It is a comfortable tourist accommodation experience. The sea view is also first-class. It's a pity that the sound insulation is a little bit poor
