ZZhongguoduxingxiaThe hotel is located within the Xiandu Scenic Area, just a 5-minute walk from the Dinghu Peak entrance. The scenic area shuttle bus stop is right in front of the entrance, making it very convenient. Currently, only Dinghu Peak and Furong Gorge require admission tickets within the Xiandu Scenic Area; the rest are free. The shuttle bus is valid for two days. My itinerary is for independent travelers, so the following suggestions are provided:
Day 1 Morning: Dinghu Peak Scenic Area: Since I'm staying at a guesthouse at the Dinghu Peak entrance, I won't be purchasing a bus ticket today. I'll walk the entire Dinghu Peak area, which takes about 2.5 hours. To save energy, I'll take a cable car to the back of Dinghu Peak. Drive up the mountain and walk down.
D1 Afternoon: Niutan Mountain Scenic Area: Before the entrance to Dinghu Peak Scenic Area, there's a greenway leading to Niutan Mountain, approximately 1.2 kilometers long.
D2 Morning: Furong Gorge Scenic Area: Buy a shuttle bus ticket to Niutan Mountain, then take the Furong Gorge shuttle bus. From the bus station, walk to the Furong Gorge entrance, crossing a bridge. The entrance is unassuming, but the scenery inside is beautiful and unique. Admission is 12 yuan (discounted), and entrance and exit are from the same location. The entire walk involves climbing stairs, approximately two hours.
D2 Afternoon: Take a shuttle bus to Xiao Chibi, Dadu Rock, and Xiandu Temple.
D3 Morning: Take a shuttle bus to the scenic area exit, then take a Didi to the high-speed rail station.
Xiandu Scenic Area has many trails, making it a pleasant stroll in the early morning and evening. Vehicles are controlled within the scenic area, so security is very safe. The guesthouse I stayed at left its doors unlocked at night.

Absolutely five stars, highly recommend! The room was spotless, clean, and beautifully decorated with an elegant and stylish touch. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, featuring Kohler bathroom fixtures, a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a projector – everything you could ask for. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making the stay far more comfortable than I anticipated.
What truly stood out was the hotel's warm and attentive service. The butler was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful, offering excellent advice for our scenic spot itinerary. The breakfast was also wonderfully varied and delicious! The room overlooked a small river with lush greenery all around, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The hotel's location is also super convenient; nothing felt far away!

Facilities: High-quality materials and exquisite decorations. Comfortable bedding and high-end bathroom fixtures. The front courtyard is charming, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying tea.
Environment: Convenient for getting around and finding food. The front courtyard is a scenic spot.
Service: The landlords are very welcoming. The landlady called a day in advance to ask for the license plate number, made a reservation for entering the village, and checked out parking spaces.
Parking: There are public parking spaces on the roadside in front of the property, and parking is also available nearby. First come, first served; reserving spaces in advance is not allowed. Parking is free in the village government compound during the May Day holiday.
Entrance Fee: No entrance fee is required to enter the village (large scenic area). If you purchase a ticket in advance, you can drive directly into the village without a reservation. All smaller scenic areas within the area use a single ticket valid for two days.
The natural environment of the scenic area is well-preserved, with towering trees lining the riverbank.
Breakfast is at the famous pancake shop diagonally opposite. Very good.

🏞Environment: The guesthouse is right by the bridge, and opening the window reveals a picturesque view. The surrounding environment is fantastic; even though it was raining the day I went, it still had a unique charm. Waterfalls cascade down the mountain, and the bamboo groves rustle softly; strolling through it feels like stepping into a paradise. Plus, it's quiet and peaceful with few people. On weekends, the large lawn feels like it's your own private playground—you can dance to your heart's content without being disturbed.
☕Service: I must praise the owner; she's beautiful and kind-hearted. The coffee she brewed herself was incredibly fragrant. Sitting by the window, sipping coffee, listening to music, and watching people come and go on the bridge, I would occasionally burst into dance—it was pure bliss!
🛏Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped and comfortable, with attention to detail that made for a very reassuring stay.
The cleanliness was impeccable, spotless and tidy, allowing you to completely relax and enjoy your vacation. I'll definitely come back!

The villagers of this village moved to the flat land at the foot of the mountain a long time ago, and the village gradually declined and was basically abandoned. Now it is possible to spend a lot of money to protect this mountain village as a whole, which is a great credit. We feel that this place is a bit like Huangling in Wuyuan, but more quiet. They have their own restaurant, where you can order dishes, and the dishes cooked by the chef are also very suitable for our appetite. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. The service staff has a good attitude. Parking is at the intersection (there were not many guests when we went). The hotel is very quiet. The entire hotel building is well-arranged. AAnonymous UserI came here to check in after watching ”Traveling with the Phoenix”!!! Xiandu is really worth visiting, as if I had entered a paradise where immortals live in seclusion. I checked in with my drama fans at Xingyun Courtyard, Zhutan Mountain, and Dinghu Peak, which are often seen in the drama. They are the filming locations of the village and the water market. Surrounded by green mountains, lush and verdant, there are also reflections of Dingbu Bridge and Dinghu Peak. The photos are also very beautiful. It is the most successful follow-up! The B&B is also very good. The location is near the Xiandu Scenic Area. You can drive into the scenic area by car if you report to the boss in advance. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. It happened to be hot on the day I went there. It was really refreshing to drink iced drinks when I returned to the B&B. The room facilities and equipment are also very good, with 24-hour hot water and comfortable mattresses. I fell asleep as soon as I came back from a day of checking in.
