The suite is large and spacious, with complete facilities, good location and spectacular sea view. It is very suitable for a family to live in. The animal-themed sea view room is very unique! The hippopotamus coffee table, elephant murals, bear tissue boxes, pillows and murals with various animal patterns show the store's careful layout. It was a very satisfying trip and I will come again next time I have the chance! The store's service is also very attentive and thoughtful. The front desk also provides children with sand digging tools and small buckets for free! The service and hygiene are very considerate and attentive. I wish the boss a prosperous business.

Service: The front desk was enthusiastic when checking in. The elderly forgot to bring their ID card and did not make things difficult. They used the simplest method to pass through. They actively helped guests with their luggage, and the uncle who directed the parking was also a first-class service attitude. This is my second time staying at the Sea Prince Hotel. There is a private beach downstairs. There are not too many people. They are all guests of the hotel. The breakfast is rich and complete. The elderly and children are quite satisfied. Whatever you need will be handled immediately. This service attitude is very good 👍The only downside is that the waiting time for the elevator will be longer.

This stay was very good! First of all, the location of the hotel is particularly convenient, the transportation is also convenient, close to the commercial street. The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. The waiter at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. The room was upgraded for free when I checked in. The check-in and check-out procedures were very fast and made people feel at home. Nearby are attractions: Yanzhou Island, Black Paijiao Caishitan, Mangrove Wetland Park to watch the sunset, very suitable for family travel and business travel. The company organized a group building. I just saw the nearby hotel. This hotel is relatively cheap. I booked it. I didn’t have too high expectations, but I was very satisfied. I asked if it was cheap because it was off-season. I had to pick wool recently. I like the style of the room. The boss's service is very good, not very warm, very humorous, facilities are good, health is very clean, an unforgettable experience! Cost-effective!

Overall, the hotel's swimming pool and the view of the stars from the lawn are the biggest highlights.
The hotel facilities are relatively simple, but the shower in the bathroom really needs to be replaced. The restaurant's production is not bad, but the hotel didn't inform in advance that you need to book in advance to eat, you can only have something left, plus a group of summer workers as waiters, their attitude is hard, and the staff's slapstick fills the entire restaurant. There are mixed-race children who often disturb and touch other people's children, and I feel that there is really room for improvement.
Aside from these factors, it's still a good place.
As for whether or not to book again, it depends on whether the traffic has improved. The return trip was three kilometers from the hotel, and it took three hours in total to travel in traffic jams.

Country Garden Silver Beach Hotel was a pleasant place to stay for my wife and I. It is located in a very convenient location. There's a wide variety of restaurants near the hotel.. The hotel was also located near a nice western restaurant. Our visit coincided with the National Holiday, so it was quite crowded. Despite this, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The small balcony outside feels very good. You can see the sea and dry clothes. The hotel is close to the main bay of Liwan, but the main bay is not fun, but it is not far from the surrounding attractions. There is a place to rent a battery car nearby.

I booked it very early, live on the 19th floor, the room style is very like, the balcony can see the sea and there is a hanging chair, but there is a block. I used a disposable towel bath towel. I was a little uncomfortable with it for the first time, but this was more hygienic. There are not many people on the beach, it takes about4-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Parking costs $15 at your own expense.

Booked sea view room, the view is not bad. The room was clean and there was no smell. Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

GGuest UserThe hotel location can be reached by car or taxi. It's by the sea, with beautiful scenery. The hotel is very child friendly. There is an outdoor water park, an indoor children's playground, and a cinema for all to watch. Suitable for traveling with children.
We went there just in time for the temperature to drop, so we didn't go to the water park.

GGuest UserThe hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified.
Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full.
The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔
When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄
The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads..

AAnonymous UserNot bad, lived on the 19th floor, the balcony can see the sea, the fog was too big on the first day, it started to rain heavily at night, the clothes were blown up, fortunately we went to the swimming pool and beach in the afternoon, and went to the hot springs in the evening. The hot spring area is like the pool of the club, there are only four pools, and there are several small rooms for dry and wet steam and stone slab/salt steam, which can only accommodate 4/5 people. The free travel photography was not used, it took a long time to reply to add, and it was too late to make an appointment

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
