Approx. 10 minutes walking distance to the car-free village centre and shopping area. Ski bus stop in front of the house (only in winter). Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. An outdoor parking space is available.
1-room apartment with living and dining room with TV, 2 single Murphy beds (wall beds) for adults (2x90x200cm), Sofa bed available for children only (160x200cm) The sofa bed is intended for family use with children and is not suitable for adults.. Small kitchenette (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a fondue- and raclette set). Bathroom with bathtub/toilet. WiFi.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 open parking space, WiFi, bathroom, kitchen and bed linens (initial supply) as well as final cleaning and resort tax. EXCLUSIVE: Washing machine and dryer for a fee (coin-operated). Capsules for Delizio coffee machine. ***Pets not allowed*** Important: In most vacation apartments, only one pet (usually a dog) is allowed.
