"Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to most sights and monuments, and the grand mosque isn’t too far. Room and bathroom were bot good, comfortable bed so slept well. Breakfast was very nice, varied and plenty of options, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a gym and pool, but the pool was freezing and I suggest investing in some heaters for the pool so it’s accessible whenever people want. There are bars inside the hotel that serve drinks, saw a very unruly drunk guy staggering out and causing a scene. Staff are decent, forgot the names but the Asian guy at reception and the other at the front entrance, both super amazing people with great customer care and attention skills."

An excellent new hotel that exceeded my expectations. Although the lobby is quite small, the room itself is incredibly spacious with expansive views. The high ceilings and large windows offer a fantastic perspective of Bahrain's famous landmarks. The bedding was superb, and the service was top-notch. While the sushi bar for dinner was a bit pricey, the food was absolutely delicious.

This is our second time at this hotel, and we chose it again for its convenient location within a shopping mall. However, this second stay, they put us in a room right above the pool where the music was incredibly loud and vibrant. Considering they knew we had a small child, I find this completely unacceptable in terms of service. The hotel offers complimentary Arabic coffee, with a person serving it to everyone at the entrance. On the day we checked in, we wanted to have the standard buffet dinner at the hotel, but it wasn't available, and no one informed us. That was also disappointing. When we checked out, the valet completely forgot about us, and we had to remind them a second time that we were waiting for our car. After the reminder, they suddenly remembered and rushed off. We were standing by the entrance with our small child in a draft, waiting for 20 minutes, even though the first time we stayed, our car was brought to us in just 4 minutes.

The hotel is located by the canal, close to the airport, and not far from any meeting. The hotel's internal facilities are a bit old, but overall it is clean and tidy. The room I stayed in this time had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast selection is rich and the price is reasonable. The room price is favorable, and the overall cost performance is very high.

It was one of the worst experience I have ever had what is your reservation? Was two nights. The first night water was leaking. I couldn’t sleep because of the dripping water sound and they change my room okay next day the leaking was from the toilet upstairs to my toilet it’s disgusting when I talk with them They offer me another room extra bigger room. I don’t care. It’s about disgusting stuff. I use the public toilet and I slipped that tonight in my room. It’s not pleasant tonight. It wasn’t pleasant weekend and even the balcony was fully of dove or bird ****

Housekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement. Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door. Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark. Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.

While going through earlier reviews, had some negative comments about cleanliness and amenities. Seem they have renovated well now as found very clean environment with nice room and furniture. Breakfast also was good. However very limited Beach area allocated to hotel found as a minor drawback, but overall very satisfied with services and amenities.

Pros: • The location is right in the city center, making it convenient to reach any attraction, and only 20 minutes from the airport. • The breakfast is decent and varied, predominantly Arabic and Indian dishes, but also included boiled eggs, toast, butter, and yogurt – generally nutritious. • The room was clean with fresh linens. They only provided shampoo and two soaps, and a bottle of water was given daily. Cons: • My room was at the very end of the hall, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach it, forcing me to work from the hallway, which was inconvenient. I discussed this issue at the reception and suggested moving one of the modems closer to my room, but nothing was resolved. • The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor. Overall, I liked the hotel. It's definitely seen better days, but the price-to-quality ratio is fair. If service isn't your top priority, you can confidently book it.

Only good thing is location. I booked a bigger room but I was sent to a smaller room stating that this room is less noisy and the actual room, I booked, is noisy due to party or DJ going on on ground floor. I believe it was highly unprofessional. Breakfast was a scam as well. No buffet.
