"Super friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again."

Well-maintained room and facilities, and not too far a walk from city centre. However, there aren’t much around for foods and drinks as I stayed during a public holiday.

The room was great, clean, service excellent, they let is check in early (2 hours) and check out late (1 hour) at no extra cost. Love the layout of the room, very well thought out and balcony view was amazing.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

Guest UserCheck-in was smooth, but I requested a quiet room as I needed rest for a test, and was given a room right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep.
The room also had a connecting door to the next room, which could not be opened from my side but made me feel unsafe, as I was unsure if it could be opened from the other side. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

XIANGThe airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!

Guest UserThe room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
