The room is very small, the bathroom is dimly lit, the pool is small and terrible, if it is not a tourist city in the season, this hotel is also 150 level, someone came to the store on the day of check-in, the family parent-child room actually increased to more than 1,000, I really don’t understand, I will never go again, very old, The attitude of the staff is OK, the aunt in the cafeteria is enthusiastic, and the other hardware is really sorry for the price. The address for the exam is very close to the 16th Middle School. I have set the underground bed room. Although it is cold, the room is super warm and you can wear very thin clothes to sleep. There are delicious spicy hot and convenient small supermarkets nearby (the spicy hot shop is delicious). There is also a printing agency next to the hotel. Printing materials into the exam room can be printed early. The people in the hotel are really good ～ The photos are not taken, so they won’t put them up. The indoor environment is OK. Those who have come to take the 16th Middle School exam can refer to this one.

The location is very good to find, parking around is also very convenient. GGuest UserThe owner of the B&B here can buy tickets to Tianchi from the west slope, so I decided to stay here, but then I thought that I would not go to Tianchi with my children, so there was no need to stay here. But I was still very surprised to check in. The B&B is located in a primeval forest, and the scenery on the way from the airport is particularly beautiful. The snow in the B&B is quite thick, and the children have a lot of fun. The meals in the B&B are also OK. The beef noodles are 58 per night, which is an acceptable price in the hotel. The B&B service is very good. You can rent down jackets here. There is an unmanned supermarket in the B&B where you can buy snow boots, ski gloves, Madiel popsicles and some emergency goods. The only shortcoming is that the room facilities are relatively old, but it is still quite clean. There are hot springs indoors and outdoors in the B&B, which are very warm. Personally, I feel that the floor heating of the B&B is warmer than the hotel I stayed in later in Erdao Baihe.

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

FfumigaIt was my first time to visit Changbai Mountain. Among all the resort hotels, I chose Pullman, which was more cost-effective. The experience was excellent! Both the hardware facilities and software are in line with the quality of a five-star resort, especially the food, which is very local and shows the effort! Thanks to the concierge Lin He, the manager Liu Yunfei, and the driver Zhang Zhenlei, who made us feel the hospitality of the Northeast people 😀

GGuest UserI chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

I stayed for two nights without hesitation and enjoyed this independent space quietly. There are many activities around, go skiing in Wanda, ride a camel, experience ice fishing, climb Changbai Mountain, and feel the smog rafting in Changbai Mountain. I have a great time.
