Black molds are all over the comfort room which is scary, and the staff in the reception are not accommodating, friendly and helpful at all. They serve a very good breakfast though.

Nacharge kami ng 500 dahil someone na nanigarilyo daw eh hindi naman my mistake is hindi ako sumama para echeck yung room.may pinakita silang photo na may sign of cigarette. Pero hindi vinedeo yung pagpasok ng room what if dati na nilang picture yun. Or other room dna ako umangal dahil nagmamadali kmi.

all is well. maganda yung location.. accessible sa lahat. breakfast is buffet type.

All good just just need to improve the elevator as it is too slow and the breakfast is only one viand so have no other choice. But it is all good

Its my 2nd time here, there is no other promblem, just the shower. All the rooms i encounter have problems with the shower, if not the shower knob its the shower head. But all in all its perfect.

location is great..lahat naman ng demands is na cater ng staff like change of sheets and pillows..and the breakfast is good too...

a good getaway destination love it. sorry if i dont have a lot of picture but if you are looking for a hotel in the heart of the city this is it. and the food? sulit!

The place is very accessible and convenient to all tourist spots and transportation. The room is just good for its price, the staff are hospitable and accommodating, overall me and my family enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very accessible to the city and night market. no room slipper,lights is not fixed in the toilet, no free Bottled water. Breakfast a bit crowded, must provide blinds to the window as the sun is really direct to the dining area.

Buffet was excellent. Took longer to check in and check out. Location is great, close to everything.

- Location was really good, easy access to the night market. - Breakfast buffet was just ok. - Room beside us was watching the TV at full volume at 12AM - Hallway is also noisy during nighttime as staffs were chatting a lot.

Honest personal opinion and advice to others! Pros: It's a good location with McDonalds and supermarket right next door. Room and hallways are spacious. Cons: There is no area for a taxi to stop at, It's in a corner. Internet is very slow with an average of 1.5Mbps 😞 Very Old Hotel with only one elevator which the stuff and guest shares. Takes a very long time to wait. Cold air from outside comes into the room through gaps on the side of the aircon. Rain water also comes into the bathroom through the gaps on the window. Bed sheets are so old that they have holes on them. If those sheet where in your home, you would no longer use them. Overall, you can find a much better hotel for the price.
