She was always open to our wishes and was always ready to make recommendations. Her detailed knowledge of the wine selection and her ability to recommend the perfect accompanying drinks to the food were impressive. Her friendly manner and her always polite behavior rounded off the overall package and ensured that we always felt in good hands. The meal itself was a delight: from starters to dessert, every component was perfectly prepared and lovingly presented. Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova were always on hand to ensure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It was a remarkable balance between attentiveness and discretion that made the evening so enjoyable. At a time when poor service in the catering industry is often complained about, it is refreshing to see how Mr. Block and Ms. Kosimova are a positive exception with their dedication and professionalism. The hotel is close to the curtain park. The hotel is tastefully furnished and it was all clean and ordened in all areas. The room was spacious and very beautifully furnished. The mattresses were super, you could sleep very well. The bath was not just small, you had room and the shower was great. The balcony was also very beautiful.
