Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

Pros: The location is great. Staff were accommodating. Room and sheets are clean. Cons: Hair blower is not available in the room but can be requested. Telephone is useless, no dial tone. No bottled water is given but a water station is available in the hallway but no pitcher per room, only an electric kettle.

We enjoyed our stay at GT Hotel the place is clean, staff are friendly, amenities are nice and complete. It is easy to find and at the heart if the city. I will recommend this to my friends and relatives. Thank you GT Hotel.

Breakfast is provided which is convenient but the rate for the breakfast is a little steep. The pool and gym area is nice. The room upgrade was nice too from economy to standard. The room is clean and spacious too.

The room is clean. Most of the room design is made of marble. It’s an old design but classy. I like the place because its near the mall and Manukan country which is known for Bacolod’s chicken Inasal. Staffs are very accomodating!

I bought my own breakfast, which is more expensive and not worth it. The hotel facilities are too old, there are too few sockets, and there are no slippers and face towels. Nearby is a bar street, a bit noisy.

Booked a Deluxe Queen room. Quite big and good value for money. Swimming pool is nice. Left me a little bitter mouth because in 40 years of travelling this is the first time I have been charged for a dirty towel. Reception was like ”Sir, we need to charge you because the towel is dirty”. Me: ”aren't these supposed to get dirty?” Reception:” Yes, but not that dirty”. Towel was dirty (dust from the car, no oil or things like that, just dust), nothing a washing machine would clean. I was in a hurry to check out otherwise I would have washed in the shower and left it kind of cleaner 🙄. It's ok, I have been charged 300php, but of course I requested them to give me the towel. Lol.
