Avignon is such a wonderful city, and what made it even more special was the people—everyone we met was so warm, kind, generous, and friendly. It is truly a beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere. To top it all off, the pizza place right downstairs at the hotel served the best Italian pizza we have ever had, and the burrata salad was absolutely incredible! Every single memory we made here is full of joy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the soundproofing facing the street isn't great; there was noise from city cleaning vehicles around 4 or 5 AM. Also, the bath towels weren't changed daily during our three-night stay.

The room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down. The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city. The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated) The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom. Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough. Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK It is very convenient to go to the attractions of the old city. You can walk to the hotel supermarket and other shops. The ancient city is still very beautiful.

It was in the middle of the city and it was very convenient to walk to various tourist attractions. The trouble was that the elevator was a few steps up the stairs, so it was a little difficult to carry a large suitcase up.

The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel.

The only thing A**weng (a nickname) will regret is booking this hotel. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and every detail is handled very well. The afternoon tea is reasonably priced and delicious, the breakfast is quite substantial, and the service is acceptable. However, I wouldn't recommend booking dinner at this restaurant; it's incredibly salty, and the food is really not good. There are two other restaurants 100 meters away from the hotel that are much better. 😂 In May and July, you can dine in the garden.

The hotel is located at the city gate. The room we stayed in was a modern modular structure. The room was spacious and had separate wet and dry areas. After the elevator arrived, there was still half a floor left to carry luggage. The hotel parking spaces were at the back entrance of the hotel, so if you were driving, you needed to locate the back entrance of the hotel in advance.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car. There's a massive underground parking garage right below the hotel. Before entering the garage following your navigation, you'll see temporary parking spaces provided by the hotel on the right. You can drop off your luggage there first, otherwise, after parking, you'll have to drag your bags quite a distance and climb stairs. We hope our experience helps future guests.
