The service was impeccable! polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were even allowed to check in early, which was a great start. The hotel has recently been renovated, so everything felt fresh and updated. The beds were very comfortable, and while the breakfast was nothing special, it did it’s job. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of order, which occasionally led to longer wait times when moving between floors. Location was perfect as well.

Amazing location and amazing room!!! We got a king room with balcony for my husband’s and I mini-moon and we were super amazed with the ceiling to floor windows and view of the Capitol from our balcony❤️ the service was awesome and checking in and out was super easy! This hotel is definitely at the top of our list

Such an awesome room, size was amazing! Great location and close to UT for our tour. Breakfast had a good selection of foods.

Everything was good except the air conditioner in the room which is super noisy. It woke us up at night. Other than that, the hotel was good.

I stayed here for more than 10 days because I was sending my child to school. The hotel is not big, but it is very warm. The room is big, the bed is big, and the breakfast is great. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Austin next time.

The student booked this hotel when he went out to play a game. It was very close to the stadium and very convenient, and it was safe to live in. The front desk service was very good and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment.

Booked a wheelchair room. The space is large. It would be better if a chair and a stool are added. I like to use ‘0’ cleaning supplies. Breakfast is ok. It is close to universities, museums and Congress. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. There are construction projects around, and the crowds are not as busy as the river!

We are staying here for a short time after sending our children to school. In a strange city and country, we need a hotel that is comfortable, friendly, close to the school, and has a large space. This store fit our needs perfectly and the decor and generosity of the great Texas decor is evident in many ways. The room is quite large. The one we stayed in is on the second floor and has the largest terrace. It is a particularly slow-paced enjoyment to watch the cars passing by in the morning and evening, and to look at the University Bell Tower in the distance. Breakfast is all you can eat, service is good

The government is clean, but the hotel does not have slippers and toiletries
