This was one of best decisions made by staying at. Fern. AURANGABAD. While travelling in India . From the moment we checked in till we checked out everything was flawless and smooth. Wifi Great Check in was taken care of by. Ms. Aditi and. Mr. Digambar On day 1 . Check out was ease with. Ms. Sakshi. And. Mr. Digambar All of them made our life easy.. Rooms. Over. Size and with. Sofa . Spotlessly clean . Bathroom very good size , water pressure excellent and 24/7. Hot water . We had dinner all 3 days and were not disappointed. As a matter of fact chef came and asked how we want food prepared . Being allergic to. Cream and excess oil he made sure every detailed was taken care of . HOST. MS PP and on last day Ms. ARPITA welcomed us with a smile at the entrance of restaurant. Food was served by. Ms. DUHI, MS. RUTH and the team. DUHI specially went over and beyond . In the morning during breakfast both ladies did excellent job in preparing freshly brewed coffee . There was lots of variety of food choice from. Fresh fruits , juices, northern to southern food choice , continental, cereal etc etc.. There were few choices for non vegetarians as well. There was live counter for. Uttapam, dosa, omelette. Every one working in the restaurant did fantastic job . It was overall managed by. Mr. Gavin. We requested him few vegetarian items off the menu if could be done. He definitely obliged. I will certainly recommend this place to any one coming to. AURANGABAD. This hotel is about 45 minutes from. Ellora caves . As and when I return I will definitely stay here and enjoy their flowless hospitality. We had booked through. Agoda and including breakfast Thank you team. Fern AURANGABAD to make our stay a memorable one . This hotel offers great value for money .

Hotel is good . Good for couple and family stay. Pool is very clean n huge you can have a good time over there. Breakfast is also good . Food is having good quality . If you want a good stay in Aurangabad you must book lemon tree . My experience is good.

Below are the detail points which we observed during our stay with the hotel. 1. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for our stay for 25th to 26th Dec, 2021 which was already prepaid via Goibibo,com. We were running late in our schedule and continuously updated the hotel via phone regarding our late check in to the hotel. We eventually checked in at approx. 23:00 hrs. on 25th Dec 2021. There to our surprise the receptionist told us that we don't have any deluxe rooms available and we can provide you rooms with 4 beds instead. This change was not informed to us by any means and was told during our check in time. We realized that there was a marriage function on the same day in the hotel and we firmly believe that our rooms were given to guests who were attending the wedding. Unfortunately we had to agree as there were no other hotels available due to festive/holiday time. 2. Post check in we at least assumed that the rooms will be good but to our expectations the rooms floor was not swept and cleaned properly. The floor was dusty and not moped properly. This was completely unacceptable considering the pandemic which the whole world is facing and the hotel did put our health and life at risk. We had to continuously chase the housekeeping and reception to get it clean. Also the amenities mentioned while booking was not present like instant coffee/tea, Kettle, bathroom towel and toiletries. Again we had to chase reception for getting it and we were fortunate enough to get it by 1.30 Hrs. We continuously asked reception to get it fast as me and my father wanted to take our medicines. I would really like to thank the reception and housekeeping for their quick service (almost after 1.30 / 2 hrs) as they took out their precious time from their busy schedule serving wedding guests. 3. Also, I would like to bring to your notice that we didn't receive any drinking water post checkin and had to chase for that too. Again chase started to get the water and reception sent us 2 bottles in each room. We were surprised to see that the seal of the bottle was open and stunned to see that the water provided was normal bore water. I really doubt the quality of water which might have cost me and my family's health. I questioned the receptionist about the water and they said we don't provide packaged drinking water but we get barrels of water and provide water from them. I am sure he was lying on this part as no vendor provides bore water under the banner of packaged drinking water. I have to convince him by bringing a sealed pack of packaged drinking water from my car which we were carrying with us. I made him taste the water from his provided water bottle with ours. The housekeeping person tasted the water and realized that there is a substantial difference in the taste of water. Finally he agreed to provide us with the sealed package of drinking water bottles. I am surprised that a hotel can not even bear the cost of a packaged drinking water bottle which is hardly Rs. 7-1

Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets. All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid ₹1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport. Disliked: The hotel did not have a roll in roll out bed for the 3rd guest. So my senior citizen friend slept on 2 mattresses!

The property is good. Lobby is great. However since we went to the parking you enter actually from backside and miss the entry. Parking area they should actually look for bit of cleanliness. But inside the room is very spacious. Bed was as well king size. Our infant had ample space in the centre. Washrooms inside the room is as well spacious and not cramped. Overall we were very happy with the room. The only small point which i will get to hotel team is there are few old fixtures which are left and are rusting should be removed. Overall it was great stay and we were happy with room. Food as well was excellent we ordered room service and the taste was excellent and as well it was prompt service. Breakfast had good spread as well.

Good property. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Best part is that its located at perfect distance from railway station and other tourist attractions

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Satish Pawar sir(IHM) for his co-operation in everything. Vivanta, Auranagabad( Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) is a very beautiful, calm and serene property. rooms are spacious with a gallery and a big and clean swimming pool. Greenery everywhere. Kajal and her colleagues at the check -in are always smiling and super helpful. Mr. Vikram at the latitude is a very humble human being and looks after everyone with warmth. Appreciate the way Chef personally met everyone at the breakfast (Mr. sainath rathod). The staff at the garden cafe was very nice. Mr.Ninad, Giri-mama(as he is fondly called). Sheetal, the girl was running from pillar to post to attain each guest. Her dedication at her work is totally appreciated. Mr. Ramesh Rautrai at the swimming pool is a very good life guard. Arranged pool flots for my son to help him swim. Mr. Dhammpal, Mr. Gautam, people who attain you right from the security till the very end, all are very nice and very good at their service. Housekeeper Mr. Prashant Mishra a very polite human being. House keeping is best. Property is very well maintained. I dont know the names of everyone, but whosoever we met, we were treated with respect, warmth and love. The lady at the check in also gifted my son a teddy, making him smile throughout. We were treated with so much respect at the check in itself, tulsi mala, diya and a tikka. Everything was done with a smile. The property has small golf course. I would like to mention about the dance that was performed at the garden cafe, the artists were very professional and gave their all to entertain the guests. The trainee boys and girls from the IHM are also doing well. My best wishes to everyone. I will definitely come back and I will recommend this property to everyone.
