VVictor OkorieFantastic location, looks great too for a summer vacation. Only challenge here is they have to add breakfast to the deal and also it’s a resort, it should be treated as such.
RRachael BergetOur room at The Water Club was really nice. We were on the 18th floor and looked out over the Atlantic City and the marina. I appreciated the fact that The Water Club is associated with the Borgata and is close to the Borgata, but is actually a HOTEL and not a ******. I think that the hotel is probably quieter than a ****** resort would be because the people who stay there want to stay in a hotel, not necessarily sleep in a ****** and be able to gamble all night and all day. I also thought that the rate that we got for our room was was a good rate for the quality of the room. I would definitely stay at The Water Club again!
GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.
GGuest UserThe room needed vacuuming when we first got there also one of the bellboy men he was very rude to us very rude to my husband and I he was very dismissive did not acknowledge us, and I did not appreciate that everybody else was very friendly, cordial and kind but the room was the crumbs on the floor when we entered into the room
GGuest UserThis is an absolutely gigantic hotel, inside and out. If you do not know how to read a map then this wouldn't be for you. There are 6 floors and many different elevators that do not all lead to the same place. Finding your car or even getting outside takes about 20 mins. Be prepared to walk a lot. It's also extremely packed at all times, and as expected the prices are higher than normal. It is centrally located, on the boardwalk and many things to do. But make sure you add lots of extra time. Also not all staff can give directions either which makes it difficult. Takes a couple days to get acquainted.
MMarina CarinoWe are in the North Forum towers and view of the Caesars was seen from the very clean room . We love the restaurant Gordon Ramsey's pub and grill whose service is prompt and delish sandwiches and calamari. We also love the Caesar pool even if you pay for the chairs, lounge chairs, bed, etc which has panoramic view of the ocean . We love taking pictures of statues and the indoor decor that is the Colloseum. It has the perfect location of the famous Atlantic City boardwalk and the beach beach to the outhe and equidistant to the outlet on the North.
LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harrah’s ****** and Hotel in Atlantic City and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few notable drawbacks. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, which was a big plus. Additionally, their poker room was a highlight, offering a good selection of games that were enjoyable and well-organized. I even won some money playing poker, which made the experience even better.
However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my stay. The most concerning was a hole in the desk that extended into the wall. This odd defect also led to poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear my neighbors talking day and night, which was quite annoying.
Despite these problems, I would consider staying at Harrah’s again, especially if they fix the hole in the wall. Overall, it’s a decent choice, particularly for those interested in their poker offerings.
GGuest UserMy room was 486 directly over the Yard. I had to call and ask what time the Yard clised as they was still open and playing the music at 1:30am. If you book a room be sure and adk upon check-in where it's located if you plan on sleeping.
